Devin had me up & running, and back to my lawn in no time. I'd bring my lawn mower back to D & J Small Engines if it ever needed repairs, I recommend this shop for small engine service.

I told him to put me on the repair list, but that I would call around in the meantime to see if someone else could look at it sooner. That is when the condescending tone kicked in. He said, "Honey, let me explain to you how this works. We pick up your mower and it sits here until we have time to look at it. We don't call you back when we're available to repair it". So I responded with, "so it will just sit in your shop for 6-8 weeks". He said yes, then without knowing anything about me or my personal situation, he said "why don't you talk it over with your husband and if he wants to do that, call us back and we'll pick it up". I'm divorced and in my sixties. I don't have a husband that I need to get "permission" from to get my lawn mower repaired. I ended the call and the more I thought about it, I became very p!ssed off, making a mental note to never to do business with them. I went to a competitor down the street. I was talked to with respect and got my mower picked up, repaired and returned in two weeks.
