When I took a few extra seconds to use a tissue to hold the electronic pen for a signature, I told her I just wanted to make sure that I did not pick up someone else's germs. She stated "we wipe it off every morning ", whereas she should've said "it is cleaned between EACH patient". I had a previous dentist not give me enough Novocaine, causing some anxiety during this process. She was very understanding and kind and worked with me to make sure I was okay during the entire process. To give you an idea of how much I like her as a dentist, I live in Denver and drive 60 miles to see her. Last year, I attempted another dentist due to some unfortunate dental insurance and he tried to replace a lot of stuff that wasn't needed.
