They are jaggered, asymmetrical, shotty looking windows. Not only do they look like shit but they are so jagged that it could hurt or cut someone/my kids lifting or banging into it. I'm now also concerned because of all the negative recent reviews, I'm actually questioning on how well they will work; and if they work anything like they look, I want my money back! I'm not sure why they are even "angled" and not a straight vinyl lift. In all the houses we've owned we never had brand new windows aesthetically look so awful. Since it's the bottom you can't even hide them. My GC/Builder said Harvey would replace, well the "last pic" is the "replacement"???!! I wasn't there, but they "replaced" or was told, one but it literally looks like they took a "buffer/sander" rather than have the angles look either symmetrical and smooth and even which it is not. I am writing on here to see if anyone has had this problem or is this a bad batch or is this literally the quality & cut of the interior sash. Also, looks like I'm not the only one as found this on the web... I would GREATLY appreciate someone from quality control management to contact me.

Although most of their trade is with installers, Tony was happy to explain the fabrication process to do-it-yourselfers like us: cutting to size to a customer-provided mockup, softening selected edges, polishing added faces as needed. Ordered a pallet of bricks, and other materials for building a walkway. Carefully listed off ALL…read morematerials needed during phone order (which I had written down beforehand). Man who took order left out the plastic edging that I specifically requested. Paid a hefty $175 delivery charge for them to drive the materials to my house. Contractor about to arrive. When I called Ideal and told them that they neglected to include the plastic edging, they told me they had no record of that, and I'd have to pick it up myself. No adjustment to the $175 delivery charge, the time I now have to take off from work to pick up materials that I already ordered to have delivered (or having to pay for my contractor's time to pick it up). If they take down an order wrong, you will be gaslighted. If it's your word against their's, their policy is that the customer is always wrong. Also, their return policies are terrible: if they screw up this badly, could they possibly deliver items you didn't order and then not allow you to return them? Wouldn't put it past them.

Because my toolbox at home is limited to a few screwdrivers, hammer and small hand saw he cut the three boards for me and they were the perfect sizes.
