The first time I went to Waters Ace Hardware store Carl helped me find a Delta handle for my kitchen sink and also allowed me to use his work room to try to fix my original handle which was damaged from the removing the screw. I love Ace Hardware, I always find what I need without getting 10,000 steps in searching a giant warehouse store that has stuff spread out in the strangest ways. Ace is logical and efficient. They are willing to assemble things you buy if they don't come put together. And they have a great BBQ and grilling area, better than any warehouse or club store. Instead of putting ut dozens of the same grills to look complete they only put out display models so they can also show you all the accessories, spices, and teach you which one is right fro your style of grilling or smoking.

Their so-called team is nothing but a answering service for the installation company. I purchased a stove, refrigerator and range hood which I had installed. While they were installing the range hood they damaged my brand new stove. They asked to repair it which I replied with a hard NO. I not paying for a damaged stove. 3 weeks later Lowes installation team is still waiting to hear from the company who installed it. If Lowes really cared about their customers and stood behind their installation process, they would have replaced my stove right away.

I needed help with the machine and I had to wait until the girl in the credit card register area came over to help the cash register area. This is stupid. Normally I am pleased with this company but today not so much. The register also did not take my id card for my discount. Glad I checked when she told me how much cash. I said, where's the discount. She had to check the price and redo the whole transaction and then it took. One five dollar item took me from ten to fifteen minutes to check out. Wait, double check, redo, wait for right button to be hit for cash, wait for change..... NO, bring back employees that work a register. At least have ONE in the store. All started with selling me drywall they don't have in stock although they say they have 40 on…read morehand...then I contacted my brother in law to pick up order from 20 miles away only to waste his time after I went in to get my pickup slip then I am told there's none in stock... but delivery following day... following day comes I call late then the delivery changed to Thursday afternoon and offer free delivery to offset the inconvenience of being lied to...then ( keep in mind a week earlier I paid with debt card) which was processed and community lumber was paid ) now they have my cash...then the promised delivery comes and goes without a update meanwhile I have a contractor waiting for product... then I have to initiate a call to inquire...now a week has gone bye..then they deliver broken drywall ...so fed up I sent contractor to home Depot to purchase a new order of in stock drywall...at my expense and was given run around by community lumber..I can't believe they are still in business and since my disappointment and costly experience I have been talking to 20 + people and they will never go there again...I encouraged them to review the community lumber to let other victims know about their experience..I wanted to help the local business... but there is a reason they go out of business
