Damian and the Deblis Group would be your best option for you to either buy or sell your home…read more Damian is very attentive to every little detail and will update you on everything processing. I sold and bought a home congruently which is not a breezy thing to do. Damian kept me sane even when I wanted to give up on a purchase of a house because I did not want to deal with being denied. He was able to negotiate up on the sale of our home and was able to negotiate down for the house we bought. I feel like we are the luckiest people ever to have found Damian! Our previous realtor for purchasing the last two homes did next to nothing compared to what hoops Damian jumped through and ensured for us. I was actually mind blown. It is our plan to have investment properties carry us when we retire, so we will be using Damian for our purchases in the future!

I consulted David Perez, a real estate agent of Bullock Russell Real Estate Services for a home I…read morewas interested in possibly purchasing in the mountains. I had originally met Mr. Perez when he was the buyers agent for someone who invited me to view the property they were purchasing with his help. Months later I was in discussions with a different agent and broker about selling property. I had asked that agent to go with me to a property in the mountains I wanted to view. That agent committed to following up at the beginning of the new week, and e-mailed their team members, promising one of them would contact me. Unfortunately, no one associated with that agent ever followed-up and the property I was interested in became contingent and no longer available. I continued to watch the property, and about five months later the property fell out of escrow and was relisted for sale. My experience with the agent I had been in discussions with lost my trust and confidence. I didn't feel they valued me as a potential customer for a sale, and they showed I couldn't trust them for showing me property or negotiating property. Perhaps if I had asked them to sell my car, or help me buy a car, that would of been different. But when you are dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars into the millions, i'd have to be insane to work with anyone I can't trust. I contacted David Perez of Bullock Russell Real Estate Services since I already had his phone number, he had already helped someone I know purchase a property, and he seemed very knowledgeable when I had previously met him. To my surprise David offered to show me the property, despite knowing it would require several hours of his time, and a three hour round trip drive. He also knew, it was the only property I was looking at in California. David contacted the selling agent to request a time for us to view the property, met at the property on a Saturday, walked me through all the different areas within the property and pointed out issues that concerned him about it. He estimated it may need an addition $250,000 investment to bring it up to code and to correct several concerning issues, including a notice we found on the door from the county indicating it was in violation of several codes. David recommended not purchasing the property and explained why, and that is what a buyer or seller wants and needs from a real estate agent. Someone who is honest, trustworthy and genuinely helping you evaluate a property. I found David very friendly, eager to assist, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions about the property being looked at and saved me from making a bad purchase. I didn't buy that property and decided to hold off on property hunting while I determine what state or area I want to look at going forward. I interviewed 5 or 6 different agents and brokers so far, and I found it difficult to find one who I feel I can trust. When dealing with so much money, and something so important, I want someone I'd feel comfortable leaving my wallet on the table around if I had to leave the room. I can only speak to my experience, but I feel confident all my money would still be in my wallet if I left it in the room with Mr. Perez, or when making a decision for buying real estate.

In today´s slow market as we are currently experiencing, where homes are staying on the market an average of 120-days you exceeded everyone's expectations by having multiple offers in only 5-days and well above market value - the neighbors truly appreciate you bringing back up the neighborhood home values. Your level of detail in regards to competitive properties, professionally marketing my home, setting a realistic price while meeting my expectations, qualifying the potential buyers, and negotiating a rapid escrow has made this a pleasurable and pleasing sale and business relationship. In addition, with the sale of my current home, I would like to thank you for finding my next home. Not only did this property meet all of my criteria, but exceeded my expectations for price of 37,000 well under market value. I also thank you for introducing me to an honest lender that got me an incredible rate much lower than expected, thanks to you for pushing me to get a good faith agreement and lock rate. You took the time to walk my wife and me through each step as well as always informing us with updates through your phone calls, emails and that great 24hr online live update status created personally for our transaction. At the end of our transaction, Jacqueline selfishly donated a percentage of her commission to a charity organization of our choice, in our name. This was no surprise to me, as Jacqueline demonstrated many kind-hearted acts throughout the entire transaction, like the wonderful, thoughtful key ceremony you gave when I walked through the door as the new owner. The food, Champaign, balloons and gifts were all very much appreciated - again another one of your thoughtful acts of kindness to make sure every moment was special. I appreciate your efforts. I am not only a satisfied client but now also a friend. Best regards Thomas Paterniti

When I called Jacqueline she was so kind and she said she was honored that we picked her for this chapter in our lives. She has a unique way of saying things, I love it. Jacqueline got to work, she helped us every step of the way to get the house ready. When she put the house on the market at a fair price we all agreed on, it sold in 2 weeks. The last night we owned the house she surprised my brother and I with a beautiful fun dinner, with all kinds of food, cake, and everything so that the last night in our parents hone was not sad, but happy. I have never been so surprised in my life, it was magical. Jacqueline has had a positive impact in my life and I will be forever thankful for all her help. Later Jacqueline gave us each a book with our parent's picture on the front and inside pictures of the party and the home they lived in. We both will cherish these books forever. Jacqueline is a beautiful human being inside and outside, she is amazing. Sherry Ornelas

We were on a low deposit loan, which was hard to compete with all the cash buyers or higher deposit loans, so Debra was proactive in contacting sellers ahead of time so that we wouldn't waste our time in seeing homes that we had no chance in. If you want someone who is an all star agent, and will be honest with you along the way, Debra will definitely not disappoint. This is the guy you want to guide you through your biggest financial decision! WARNING LONG POST! I was referred to Joe in 2014 by one of my family members that he helped save from losing their home. He then walked us through the entire home buying process and we purchased a 2 bedroom condo in Yorba Linda. 3 years and in 2018 Joe helped us to sell our condo and purchase a 3 bedroom condo in Yorba Linda for our growing family. Fast forward to 2021, we decided to reach out to Joe again to see if he could help sell our condo and get into a house. We were very nervous, because the market has been on fire with homes selling way over asking with multiple offers. Joe reassured us, "I've got you", and let me tell you, that was no lie! Seriously, he took care of us from the moment we called him. Referred us to a phenomenal lender with top notch service, California Coastal Loans, they deserve a review of their own! Back to Joe, he helped us to strategize selling our place BEFORE before buying, scary, but not so much becuase he made sure the sale of our condo was so smooth and negotiated plenty of time (2 months) for us to stay after the close of the sale. Guess what?! He is soo amazing at what he does that we don't even need all the extra time. When the timing was right with the sale of our place he gave us the green light to begin house hunting. Offer #1 and #2 scared us, boy oh boy it is rough out there! The overbidding, the cash offers, then there is us who cannot compete. So many emotions and yet there was Joe guiding us in the right direction, reassuring us all will be fine, reminding us "I got you". He was so patient with us and so great at answering all of our questions! Then we roll into offer #3 and #4, we were countered on both offers! We were able to choose the home we wanted to pursue and open escrow on the one that was the perfect home for our family. The Dream Home! Not only did he get us our Dream Home, he was able to negotiate for us to practically get it fully furnished! Not even kidding! So awesome! Y'all check out these incredible time frames! Listed our condo on 4/3 closed 5/13. Opened Dream Home escrow 4/27 and closed 5/19. Say what?! Closed 6 days apart! We had was such an awesome experience! We felt so cared for by everyone involved! We cannot thank you enough! Truely feel BLESSED beyond measure!!! There we definitely some Happy Tears!
