    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this warranty company. I attempted to dispute…read morethe actual cash value (ACV) they assigned to my vehicle, which they stated was $4,275. However, based on recent comparable sales--including vehicles sold within the past week at auctions in this region--the value is closer to $5,400. I have been in the used car business for over 15 years and have worked with the same highly reputable dealership for the past eight years. Based on my professional experience and numbers in our region, there is no realistic scenario in which my vehicle could be replaced for $4,200-$4,275 in the current market. When I tried to address this discrepancy, I encountered significant issues with communication and customer service. My handling adjuster states they have emailed a supervisor twice without receiving any response, and my request for a phone call has not been acknowledged. On one occasion, I was refused access to my assigned adjuster and was told I could not dispute the ACV because their valuation comes from a "reputable source." This response was both dismissive and concerning. This situation has now left me without a vehicle for two weeks, and it will be several more days before anything progresses due to the Easter holiday and the lack of response, which has stalled any movement on my claim. I am not asking for anything unreasonable, only a fair conversation and a willingness to review comparable data to reach a reasonable compromise. Instead, I have been met with a lack of responsiveness and an unwillingness to engage. As a customer, I expect transparency, the ability to ask questions, and a fair opportunity to provide supporting documentation when disputing a valuation. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly encourage this company to improve their communication practices and ensure customers are treated with fairness and respect throughout the claims process.

Tried to imply that I had not done the research on the vehicle, additionally mentioning that electrical problems (which the vehicle is not prone to and has had no issues in earlier model years) would cost me 7200 prior to hanging up. Stay far away from the company and its representatives.
