With that, all of my contact and communication with Glenn was over the phone. Glenn Carman was an absolute professional and personable contractor throughout our communication and interactions. He was very prompt and personable on returning phone calls! My parents, who got to meet Glenn, share my praises. The price was reasonable. The job was done quickly, and Glenn did quality service on the installation. He was an absolute professional. The protectors that were installed had higher capacity than another contractor's installation which I was told was "just enough." Just as important, the electrician left the installation sites clean and finished (the work to install one of the units appeared to take efforts that were above and beyond a simple installation however I was not charged any extra). I will continue to use Rinker whenever possible!
