Rinker was the only one who provided a flat installation fee (that was also reasonable), a relatively quick installation appointment, and gave me answers to my questions that made sense and were consistent with appropriate practice. The protectors that were installed had higher capacity than another contractor's installation which I was told was "just enough." Just as important, the electrician left the installation sites clean and finished (the work to install one of the units appeared to take efforts that were above and beyond a simple installation however I was not charged any extra). I will continue to use Rinker whenever possible!

The most stressful issue by far was our well. After having four different companies come out (two of whom ghosted us, one who charged us $1,400 to replace a pump that didn't fix the problem, and another who said we'd need an entirely new well), we were overwhelmed and discouraged - not to mention nervous about the potential cost. Enter Bruce from Waterboy - a total game changer. A friend of ours had Bruce at their home for a repair and asked if he'd be willing to swing by our place afterward. He showed up within the hour.
