They gut renovated both of our bathrooms, which was no easy task considering the overall age of our house, size of our bathroom, and required customization. They are incredibly hard working and always checked with us about our needs during the construction period. We feel very fortunate that we hired them. The quality of work in our bathrooms is top notch. Their ability to proceed with care, efficiency, problem-solve, communicate, and their attention to detail is outstanding. We feel like we had so many tall requests for this project and they delivered on all of them.

Cronin was the only one that came in and said that half of the roof was completely fine and had no leaks saving me $20,000! Andrew Cronin was incredibly professional when dealing with a difficult tenant and went above and beyond what would normally be expected of a roofing company in order to make this tenant happy. The job was completed in one day and everything was left neat and clean when they were done. After having this fabulous experience with Cronin I wouldn't go anywhere else for a roof repair or a replacement!!!

From the beginning, Jim was transparent about pricing and clearly explained how long each step of the project would take without us even having to ask. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. We were so happy with the results that we hired JMS again to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. Once again, the experience was excellent. Jim and his crew delivered outstanding craftsmanship, and their attention to detail was second to none. Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.
