I was greeted immediately by name and seated in a room. Dr. Veber came right in introducing himself in a very friendly and professional manner. He explained how the consultation would go and answered all my questions thoroughly. He reviewed my next visit and what procedures would be done. During the procedure he was gentle, reassuring, fast and explain every step of the way as he extracted several teeth. He is a master at his craft! He was very respectful to his assistants and other staff. I highly recommend him for tooth extraction and periodontal work.

I haven't needed a filling for quite a while, so I don't recall how long the actual drilling usually takes, but it seemed much longer than I recalled (30 minutes, maybe?). Not terrible, but it seemed a bit excessive, and then a week or two after I noticed I had increased sensitivity on that spot, which never happened before. I went back in, and they said it was likely due to the filling pressing against my upper teeth, so they checked the bite and drilled it down a little more. It is still overly sensitive, nearly a year later. Then, when I went in for my standard second cleaning, they ended up charging me for an additional "Periodic oral evaluation" beyond the two my insurance covers per year, because of the visit to fix the filling, which didn't seem right, especially since they gave me no warning they would. Also this "evaluation" was just the standard cleaning. I think the woman doing the cleaning was a dentist, but she didn't do anything other than the standard dental hygienists usually do. I know dental fixes can be tricky, but I am not impressed with the work as a result, and I am disappointed in them charging me without warning. I won't be going back.

The Dr. is patient, extremely articulate in describing the conditions that I faced, the alternatives available to me after have him extract several of my back teeth. He described both the pros and cons of replacing with an implant but suggested that it was not a worthwhile to insert an implant for it would not provide me with additional chewing surface and therefore, not financially worthwhile. Now, there no way that a normal human like myself would know this and I am sure less scrupulous practitioner would just allow me to incur the additional thousands of dollars without comment; also, Dr. Martin offered it an option if I later need the implant. His office is office top notch, always friendly, accommodating with changes in schedule and very efficient capable of answering timely via text or face, savingme a bunch of time and lessening the anziety created by the change of plan. I am so, so grateful for Dr. Noakes and the entire staff at this office!!!…read more I came in with a cosmetic issue I had previously gone to two other dentists about - the issue was actually the result of dental work so it was very frustrating that I couldn't seem to find anyone that could fix it without veneers or surgery. Once I realized that my insurance wasn't going to cover cosmetic work anyway, I went out of my network and saw Dr. Noakes and I honestly am so, so glad I did. For context, my issue was simply a composite filling that was very rough near my gumline and therefore collecting stains. It was very noticeable to me and made me very self conscious. Dr. Noakes at first suggested Veneers (my teeth aren't perfect of course, and I'm sure everyone would look better with veneers) but once he could tell I wasn't very enthused, he quickly tried to find an alternative. He asked if I minded if he polished and smoothed the area. Of course I didn't, and within 15 minutes he had solved a problem I had spent 6 months (and 3 dentist visits) trying to solve. He then suggested I whiten the surrounding teeth to match the composite, which I literally bought out of sheer gratitude (though it was a very good recommendation, my teeth honestly look great even without the whitening). I really couldn't wait to review Dr. Noakes, because I'm that thrilled with how it turned out. I wish he was in my network so he could be my regular dentist (honestly considering paying out of pocket). If he is in your network I am jealous of you.
