Well, that was the 1st I have heard that I had cataracts, and I told her there was no way in the world she was going to operate on my eyes. She said that she may not allow me to drive. Now, I can decide if I'm safe to drive or not. I asked her if she was legally required to report it to the DMV and she said no, but sometimes she does - well, first, that's illegal. That is against HIPPA. Second, I am NOT going to let anyone bully me into something I am not comfortable with - especially with SOMEONE I'm not comfortable with. For that, alone, I will never go back to them. Also, though, the visit before that, I think I got the wrong script for my glasses because the glasses I had were not good, and she said my eyes got better - I know for a fact that was not true. I still haven't gotten my new prescription...

I was placed on hold twice and when a representative answered, I was belittled by being asked why I even NEEDED an appointment and what time frame did I expect to be seen. After being placed on hold a third time, I was told that no such appointment was available and to look elsewhere. For a place that apparently exudes customer service, I felt absolutely none. Not a fan. If I could make it 0, I absolutely would.

We are grateful & constantly impressed with her steady ,reassuring hand, kindness , collaboration with specialists & health care providers in the home . Always a positive attitude , gets insurance company approval with ease thanks to her expertise, advocacy, caring nature , she's a wordsmith , super efficient !Has been a rock for me as a primary caregiver for my husband . She gets back to me always same day . So easy using Spruce communication online . Billing is also easy, monthly autopay and use our insurance for medical billing . I highly recommend Yvonne . This is the only way to go. I'm a medical professional and know that the current medical system is flawed . No longer willing to take a chance on our lives waiting for call backs , and substandard care . Honesty & integrity , whole person care. Great counselor also . Just call you will be pleased !

Dr Loveland took my insurance and I was expecting to pay nothing. I paid MORE! My insurance covers $200 for frames. The cheapest frames I could find were $220. The most expensive frames at Walmart are $125, most under $100. The eye doctor didn't say anything during the tests. I asked a question and got a sarcastic answer. My insurance has covered everything for the past 30 years. This year I got a bill for $50. I called and asked what it was for. I was told the billing department would call me back. No one ever called. My Medicare statement said it was a test to see if I needed to wear prescription glasses. I don't need this test. I have been wearing glasses since 1962. I came in with glasses & they knew I needed glasses without a test. When I picked up my glasses the woman handed me the glasses and a cleaning cloth and said I was all set. When I got home I couldn't see the computer screen and had to put my old glasses back on. I've left the old glasses on ever since. I wore the new glasses about an hour. They never asked about what activities I do, like every other doctor I've been to. I was told I had to come back for a second exam to check my eye pressure, but the second exam was a test for peripheral vision which I didn't the first time. I was told i could leave & they would let me know the test results. I have never heard the results. Walmart is looking like a better choice. Greg G.
