They also look to see what are the best deals for you and your prescription with your insurance. Yesterday was probably my sixth or seventh visit there over the years and I got two pairs of prescription glasses for less than half of what my doctors office wanted to charge me for one! There's never been a mistake or an error and they always call you when your glasses are in. I highly recommend this business.

Was told that they no longer take blue view and that they could do my eye exam but when it came to my glasses I would need to go to their sister location or somewhere else. I was planning on going to their sister location. The day of my appointment I was told my copay was $90. $30 for my annual eye exam and another $60 for them to just give me my prescriptio. that's ridiculous. It's my prescription. It's not my fault they no longer take the insurance. Especially if I was going to their sister store for my glasses. I will never go back there.

I had my exam done here a few months ago, waited on glasses as I just purchased some elsewhere, my luck changed lost both pairs I had and needed to get some. I walked in and met Courtney, amazing personality, super friendly!! Explained my little dilemma we both laughed. She helped me pick some frames, which I appreciated cause I suck at it. The other guy there too also chimed in so I'm confident I got the right pair.. (ended up getting 2 pairs, plus sunglasses due to the amazing sale). Who can argue with 40% off extra pairs. She clearly recommended the insurance after she heard how I lost my pairs, I laughed then took the insurance cause my spouse would kill me if I lost more pairs.... Every time I get a prescription for new glasses I seem to go through the same tedious song and dance about extra charges for this, extra charges for that, reasons why accepting my insurance is a bad idea (because their "Sale specials" are cheaper) etc, etc, ad nauseum. All of that changed today when I walked into the Warby Parker store with a prescription from my eye doctor, and walked out with an order for a new pair of progressive glasses in a spiffy blue/black wire frame for just $395. I interacted with no less than three people - Kate, Adam, and Mark their optometrist. Kate asked me a bunch of questions about my frame preferences and directed me to the frames I wanted, Adam checked my prescription and made sure the frame would accommodate the thickness of my progressive lenses, and Mark took the measurements to be sure the lenses lined up where the center of my eyes were, It was a very pleasant experience. All three of the staff were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Within a few minutes of leaving the store I had already been e-mailed twice. Glasses should be ready the first week of April, and that's pretty darned speedy service!

They give a full comprehensive eye exam, including my fundus photos for only $74.99! The Patient Care Coordinator was so friendly and patient! I was in and out in about an hour! I got my my prescription right there, it was so convenient to pick out my fun frames and lenses the same day in their optical department! The opticians really listened and took care of my needs, I got the best prices for the best materials! I even sent in my receipt for my out-of-network reimbursement from my insurance! It was SO much cheaper!!! My beautiful glasses were back in less than a week! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hidden gem!
