I didn't expect much, but I also didn't need anything out of the ordinary. Dr. Dave was SO wonderful - patient, informative, and very conscientious about making sure I knew and understood everything. He gave me some options on how to manage my aging vision (distance vision is horrific, and now I need to use reading glasses - don't get old, folks). He was really considerate of making sure I had affordable options, and I never even said anything about cost. Super fantastic experience, and I will go back again, whether I am using Sightbox or not!

Snide jabs aren't necessary when people are merely there to get their eyes checked. However, I can get over this and it is only a small factor in my review. After purchasing a new pair of glasses, they did not fit correctly. I went in multiple times to address this and, after "adjusting" by the doctor, they still did not fit. That said, I was stuck with a pair of glasses that would not remain on my face. This isn't acceptable. After all, the whole point of this process is so I can see by the end of it. I have had multiple family members cease going here for Eyecare given the attitude received from the girl at the front desk, as well as things they felt were overlooked with their Eyecare. We have all since moved on to another local optometrist.

You shouldn't trust a practitioner that states, "you will never be able to get 20/20 on both eyes while wearing glasses or contacts so we try to get it close enough". Please do yourself a favor and don't see this guy. Went to two other eye doctors to see if the Rx was correct and I was told it was not. Both doctors gave me the same Rx but completely different from what the doctor at this location gave me. Half of the staff is unprofessional but that is expected. Received my contacts in 24 hours, this may vary. They don't ask if you want daily of weekly. They automatically give you a specific type/brand. Glasses need to be sent out and sometimes they will contact you when they arrive. A follow up call asking for the status of the glasses is recommended.

His staff the are very friendly and always professional. They also have eyewear for sale on site, which is a good and a bad thing. The only downside is that I have switched insurances and they don't take the new one I have.
