I came in at 12:10 and one person, Maggie, was only person helping people. Kimberly1* (? I think was her name) was sitting at her desk, looking at herself in her mirror, adjusting her hair. Your call is directed overseas and they will not put you through to the store where you are doing business; I really don't like this. I did not have a complete prescription from my optometrist's office and had to get that and was told that I could email it to someone inside the actual store.
