She is not a friendly person and I will not be dealing with her in the future the doctors have always seemed nice. Stay Away from Sarah just rude. When I tried to resolve the issue, the billing department was never available to speak with me. Instead of getting any help, I eventually received a collection letter--with an additional $80 fee added on top of a $190 eye exam. Also, the exam was done on 4-9-25 and the account was sent to collections on 6-9-25. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Your call is directed overseas and they will not put you through to the store where you are doing business; I really don't like this. I did not have a complete prescription from my optometrist's office and had to get that and was told that I could email it to someone inside the actual store. As for the staff, the salesman was young, cool, well dressed (quite mature for his age) and carried his own unique swag. He was articulate and knowledgeable of each pair of sunglasses which is pretty impressive (seeing this isn't often the case with the younger generation these days). He wasn't overbearing and gave us our space to browse around and was available when needed.
