Doctor called in a prescription, got a message it was ready went to pick it up. The guy said insurance didn't cover it, (had already confirmed it did) because it needed the doctor's approval. The prescribing doctor has to approve the filling of the medication she prescribed? No attempt was made by them to figure it out. Called the Dr's office in Traverse City and the receptionist sighed and said they constantly have these issues with this location. Their ineptitude is known across the state. Got a notification it was ready, went to pick it up, the girl took my information, went and grabbed a package, asked for my info again and said they had nothing for me. So what did she go get and almost give to me? Where was the mistake? I don't have a common name and she had my personal information. I again called the doctor's office and the angel of a receptionist made another attempt to straighten things out. Repeat the scenario a dozen times, with any ludicrous excuse one could make up and not a single employee making a phone call to fix the problem, or letting me know there was a delay, each time getting a notification it was ready, it was 4 months later when I was able to pick it up. Good thing it wasn't something essential like insulin but I sure did feel like garbage waiting all that time.

The buffering and calls breaking up has been really bad the last 2 months. The guy there said he could get me internet, but it wasn't available in my area. HOWEVER, he would get a list of random addresses where it is available and connect my account to that address. This process was going to take time. He was supposed to call me that night, but I still haven't heard from him, a week later. That said, my husband and I were thinking of upgrading our phones. Last night, I pulled up my account to place a phone order and upgrade and had 2 phones in my cart and was verifying all my info, and the address was downstate somewhere. So, I did not complete the order last night and planned on a visit after work on this day. The guy changed my address in my account and never called me. The manager wanted to tell me that it was impossible for him to do. I said, "So I changed it?" She just kept saying well what is it you're looking for. I said I want to know why he changed my address and never called nothing. She just kept saying it was impossible. I said well your losing a 15-year customer. Also, let her know giving random addresses out so people can "qualify" for internet services doesn't seem ethical. And per her suggestion, i will be calling 611. I do not care of this isn't an authorized AT&T store. I EXPECT a "manager" to be professional rather here, Goodwill or McDonald's. If you can't then you DO NOT belong in customer service. They do appear to try to keep up with what is "in" at the time. I don't shop here often due to my own personal style not always fitting what they offer. Clothes typically have good durability. They sell Silver Jeans which is a bonus. They offer sales and discounts often. Some of the salespeople can be a little pushy at times. Others are more laid back. This view depends on your personal preference. I like stores that greet me, tell me about specials, and are available to help. I don't need help picking out clothing and don't like salespeople bringing me more things that they think would be cute to try on. Some people need that help when shopping though so for them that's probably a positive.
