There was no delay in services as most are when a patient is worked in. It was super fast and courteous. They also were able to fit my older son into an appt later that same afternoon. (Which I appreciate very much! It's much easier to keep track of everyone's annual visit!) The office is beautiful. Everyone I met had a smile and was ready to assist with anything we needed. There was still no excessive wait for any part of our visit(s). The technicians were highly educated, well trained in their craft (my 10 yr old son has severe anxiety, yet Debbi Fults made his experience as relaxed and pleasant for him, as possible. She also gave my younger son a present for being good and doing as he was told!), all around sweet and sincere ladies. The dr himself was very cut and dry- to the point; (Which was what was MUCH needed by this point in our visit!) He was also friendly, and he explained all aspects in great detail. He used language I could understand,instead of all medical terms. It was much appreciated! Overall we had an amazing experience for our first time. We will definitely recommend and will be coming back year after year. If you want a smiling, prompt, educated, and overall fantastic staff, this is your optometrist office of choice. They worked amazing with my 7 yr old, as well as my 10 yr old that has severe anxiety and nervous problems. They made the whole family relaxed and happy the entire visit. * ((Sorry so long! I just had many things to say about the office and staff! I hope this helps for anyone trying to find a new eye dr!)) I also felt they were very sanitary and causeous to the current pandemic situation we are in. All staff had masks on at all time. They made sure all patients and caregivers did the same. (Masks on CORRECT! Above the nose/below the chin at all times! As well as socially distanced seating for the waiting rooms. There were also not many patients at one time in the office so distancing did not seem like aproblem..I felt my children, myself, and all others in the office were as safe as possible by practicing all necessary infection control procedures.

They gave me a wonderful information packet with all the information I needed on my lens pre-surgery post surgery what to expect. It was remarkable so wonderful and all the people at the surgery center were so kind and compassionate very caring, quick minimal waiting. This is the way medicine should be a fine example and Dr. CARTER GUSSLER Was simply wonderful, calming reassuring, and everything he said would happen happen just like it was the only uncomfortable aspect of this I surgery was the pain taking off the tape for my IV and staring into a bright light other than that it was remarkably minimal discomfort.
