I was a customer for 48 years, my Mother was a customer all her life. I have not been back there in 5 years but my wife insists on still taking our children there and going there herself. That will no longer be the case with my children. I am tired of being treated rudely by the staff and especially the owners wife and their son Patrick Milleson. I was a patient of this boys grandfather as a child and I bet Grandpa spins in his grave at what this formerly great business has become. I was relegated to the son once he graduated opticians school. I informed them this was not who I wanted to see, as I wanted to see the father who was more like his father, but his wife, Patrick's mother, is really something else. She is the ramrod, they all fear her, it is not respect, it is fear. They constantly change assistants because no one wants to work there very long. The only people who do hang around are just as rude and snobby and treat customers as they are beneath them. These people are so wealthy they do not care to give anyone good customer service except the wealthy who they pander to. Another thing Grandpa never did! If you do not care how you are treated or that your business is appreciated and respected this is where you need to go. read more
