What a wonderful group of people…read morethis is the way medicine and procedure should be performed always communicating, kind, generous, compassionate, empathetic. They gave me a wonderful information packet with all the information I needed on my lens pre-surgery post surgery what to expect. It was remarkable so wonderful and all the people at the surgery center were so kind and compassionate very caring, quick minimal waiting. This is the way medicine should be a fine example and Dr. CARTER GUSSLER Was simply wonderful, calming reassuring, and everything he said would happen happen just like it was the only uncomfortable aspect of this I surgery was the pain taking off the tape for my IV and staring into a bright light other than that it was remarkably minimal discomfort. Highly recommend this group highly recommend the surgery center for your cataract surgery. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

Absolutely horrible service!!! The wait time is terrible!! They force elderly people to wait THREE…read morehours to be seen for a simple eye exam. I had a 9:30 am appointment and didn't get to leave until after 12:30 pm. This establishment puts FAR too many people on the schedule for one day. If it takes that long to see ONE patient you don't need five more lined up in the same hour.
