Hattie and Nan's is possibly the most organized antique shop I've been to so far. Books are…read moreorganized by genre - history, children's, religion, etc. - and the staff was very enthusiastic to direct me anywhere I might be interested in. I personally thought some of the books were priced too high for their condition, but they were fun and interesting to look through. The shop is relatively small, but its layout has lots of little nooks and crannies that make it easy to explore for a good amount of time. Cozy, in a good way. There are lots of trinkets and dishware, and I was able secure several pieces of a collection for a good price! The lady who rang me up and talked with me most was very knowledgeable and kind. One star off just for some of the pricing and because I was charged an extra $10. The math is done by hand, and I trust it was an honest mistake, though. I didn't notice at the moment, but I trust they would have refunded me if I went back. I'll definitely be back and recommend!

Clay listened to what I wanted and found a choice of stones for me to choose from. The setting was re-set with the new stone, the old stone returned to me and a GIA certificate accompanied my ring, better than I imagined. This is my second experience with Pollock's. I returned because I knew I could count on Clay. Exceeded expectations in every way. Jewelry is a little like potato chips- I can't stop at one, especially when the jeweler is the best ever. This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Amazing selection of Marshall gear in a huge building. - Stellar service, definitely helps a lot when you know exactly what you're looking for. - Convenient location near Pullman Square. Cons: - Free parking would be nice, though I understand that if it were free it would make coming here far more difficult.
