I ordered some catalogs from Janis, and received them blindingly fast at my home across the country. Included in my order envelope was a personal note from the owner and flier with additional specials and incentives. Unfortunately, one of the catalogues didn't have the knitting instructions in it, so I emailed and received not only a same day response, but a replacement shipped within the day. Janis was super nice and responsive - sort of like having a virtual local yarn store. It's a pleasure doing business with people like Janis - and I'm sure the rest of her business is stellar if this experience is any indication.

No one came to help me instead the cashier was informed by who ever was on the other end of the headset to notify me that michaels does not have many fabrics,instead I should try Walmart or Joanne's. I Told her thank you and walked away. Gag is it was not fabric I was looking for if only they took the time to assist me properly I would have been on my way and possibly bought more.....I was overwhelmed at that point.
