Don't go here. Customer service is terrible. I placed a pick up order online, and I walked inside to pick it up at customer service. The lady working the counter was rude and told me I would have to walk back out, and go park in the curbside pick up spot. I asked if I could just grab it while I was inside, to save me some time, and she said "no, we don't do in store pick up." The only reason they're getting to stars is because the young man who brought me my pick up order was kind and good at customer service. Never coming back here. read more

Went to walmart to get my headlights buffed which should take 20-30min. Went grocery shopping and came back to sit for 2 whole hours! Then when I was checking out the guy helping me told me that waiting that long was ridiculous and the people working on my car was just "messing around the whole time" which is not what I want to be told after waiting that long to buff 2 headlights i could've done in 30 minutes. read more

I visited the Auto Care center for a tire repair. I told them to replace the tire if it could not be patched. They decided to do a $16 patch job that failed 2 hours later during my return to Dallas, Tx. Not 24 hours later, my tire is at 4 PSI and I now have to pay nearly $300 to replace it. When I called in yesterday and this morning to communicate the problem, the mechanics had a lazy,unconcerned tone and couldn't care less about the ridiculous repair job they did. Do not utilize this facility for your repairs. They just throw their work together and essentially tell you to get over it when their crappy work comes to fruition. read more

I had the misfortune to be "served" by a young lady named Orion in electronics. She was unprofessional and disrespectful. She mumbled and turned away from me each time I asked her a question about the phone cord I needed. She should be let go. She is utterly worthless as a retail associate. read more

Went here to get a battery for a watch, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the lady tried to ignore me pretending to fix watch bands, when I approached her, she gave me a "look" and rudely asked what I wanted. Then told me that Walmart changed their policy about watches the first of the year " Total B.S" Walmart has had this policy for years, but they would assist you as long as they didn't have to touch the watch. Why did I waste my time going into this Walmart when one is so close to me??? I waited about 7 min for a lady to service me at the check out at the auto center. I also had to ask a lady twice where the gas tanks were. First time she goes it's those over there, no I don't want the $60 ones, I want the $10 ones. Even she was left in shock how expensive they were.... I don't like going into this Walmart it just isn't as friendly and as quick as two of the other ones I prefer shopping in. Worst Walmart I've ever been to- absolutely no decent customer service. Clothing section is a complete disaster and clearance sections will have a clear sign saying one price and the clearance clothing themselves have no tags. Get your store together geez. read more

I don't even know where to begin here... I have never been as disappointed at any Walmart before. I was looking for Vegan foods and couldn't locate any so I finally, after looking for several minutes found an associate to ask. His response was "I really don't know, maybe in the frozen food section." With that, he turned and walked away. Then, at the checkout line, the cashier did not say hello, ask if I found everything alright, nothing... The only thing she said was the amount I owed after scanning everything. Also, there was only a few check out lanes open so the wait time in line was almost 20 minutes. They need to hire or put more cashiers on staff. Of the estimated 15 check out lines, only about 4 were open for business. read more

Overall, this place is awful, multiple bad experiences here. On one occasion, I went to grab a pair of jeans and something metal on the shelf cut my finger open pretty bad. I let the staff know and they ran out of band aids so they gave me a paper towel and had nothing to help clean the wound. Wouldn't be so bad, but they sell all of things to take care of a cut, but they have no first aid kits of any sort? Within the last couple weeks we went in to pick up a few odds and ends and witness someone fighting with staff and trying to enter the employee breakroom. They could have remedied the situation or had security deal with it, but instead the customers get to hear yelling and arguing amongst staff and customer. Also had the pleasure of cashing a couple of checks at the money center, let me tell you about the pleasant employees there. Continuously watched an employee do everything but be respectful, and then proceed to ignore the customer and shout at them "press the button," mind you the customer has followed the prompts on the card reader. Never a good experience when visiting here. We were shopping for a specific toy for a present and after asking for an employee to help us(which this one actually did), another employee walks by and rudely tells them to get out of their stuff. This is another walmart. When I was in WSU I used to go there every week and this is my main weekend shopping place. Last few years I don't see the same service or quality or any improvement in t h is location. Of corse this place is busy and if you go in a Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon some items are gone from the shelf. Walmart at Greenwich and kellogs is bigger and have better selection. read more

If I could rate this Walmart lower I would. Customer service is always cruddy. I had a self service check out out and I put in four gift cards and cash. The cash did not register and I waited thirty minutes for assistance. I asked for a refund and the manager had an attitude then I said I know a lawyer. She said I cannot sue Walmart and mockingly laughed. Not my first terrible experience here. I had a puppy I was carrying to shop for and was escorted out of Walmart by an employee because he wasn't a therapy dog. The employee was rude and threatened security on me and I believe it's because I was white and she was black. Racial discrimination played a role because I went back with my puppy and a white employee had no issues with it. read more

Nope. My husband got a new phone from our carrier so we went into Walmart to get him a new case. I have price matched with Amazon at Walmart in the past with NO issues. The employee we dealt with refused to price match with Amazon and behaved as though the money was coming out of her pocket and was offended that we would even ask. I have not gone back since, and it's been more than a month. When you advertise a service, you should actually do it. When you treat your customers poorly, they won't be back. read more

The AutoCenter here is unreal. The people working on the cars outside were fantastic, but the workers inside are so disrespectful! Was waiting in line to be helped and when it was my turn to be helped the woman just walked off and I assumed she was very busy but all she did was go stock a shelf even though she clearly saw me in line. Did not catch her name but she had and "department manger" tag on her uniform although I find this hard to believe. She was very rude, finally an older man came to help and he is the reason I'm writing this review. This man is the definition of an old racist man. I tried showing him a photo of what tires i was needing and he put his head down on the desk seeming so frustrated by what I was trying to show him and yelled at me about how that is not what he needed but did not even actually look at the photo. I told him the photo had what I was needing and when he realized this he said "oh okay" I do not understand the need to be so disrespectful and be so frustrated. If he does not like dealing with customers who have questions about tires then maybe he should not be working here and look into a retirement home, with a more calm atmosphere for him. read more
