My issue is with Walmart.Com. I'll never do business with Walmart ever again. They lie to the customers depending on what two you get. Now you got to go through a virtual helper that is useless so finally I was able to get a live person. I called about 2 minutes after I ordered and cancelled the order cause I got wrong size. I also cancelled in the app all within 5 minutes. I was told the order was cancelled I can now reorder the correct sizes. I just look on the app and it says the original order I was told was cancelled was never cancelled and is being shipped and not there's nothing they can do I have to wait on it and drive 18 miles to drop it to be shipped back. I'm so pissed I truly mean I will never spend a cent with Walmart and I spent over $600 a month in groceries every month. It's now gone Walmart hope you hire more incompetent help. Price Gouging customers. Crab Meat, I bought from this Walmart the end of Jan.2025 a can of claw meat was 19.98. Just under 20.00. Went back the end of March 2025 and they jumped the price at 33.73 and the President said you want to avoid tariffs buy American made.Phillips brand crab meat is from Baltimore. Walmart stated it came from India. I showed where Food Lion (same brand) was still under 20.00 the price they sold it for in Jan. I still have the cans and all three cans 2 from Walmart and 1 from Food Lion has the same barcode, they came from the same place in Baltimore. I will never buy food from Walmart. They lost thousands for what we would have spent at their store over our life time. Almost doubling the price of a can of their crab meat that came from the United States. I call this Greed and dishonest business practices. I wonder what else they got from here in the United States and stated it came from India. Google search crab meat Export from India and you will see it did not come from India. It is a way they can get more money from people. I reported them to the ATO in PA and they did nothing. Walmart told them the store Food Lion was a different kind and I showed the receipt stating it was in fact the same brand that I bought from Walmart. Weis Grocery Store was their own store brand and theirs was under 18.00. I would suggest to people to be careful and check out where the items came from and I bet you will see many they doubled or almost doubled in price came from here in this country. read more

It's Walmart, it's not a place where you expect to find stellar customer service. Nor would you expect to buy any produce, meats or breads. That's a given with Walmart's all over the country. But this was place is friendlier than others in the area and more importantly it's not batshit insanely busy. You can do your shopping without fighting through hordes of rednecks. Or gave to deal with cops arresting another deadbeat caught stealing. It's also clean and well kept. No ice cream leaking it's contents down an aisle, no open cans of soda in the card aisle. It's as good as Walmart is going to get. Walmart isn't Whole Foods, so let's not expect miracles. read more

Always find what I'm looking for, most employees are friendly and it's clean. Not sure what the people complaining about other than the reviews are old and most are complaining about automotive dept. As for don't buy the meat or bread... I've gotten great meat and bread there. I usually use a local butcher but, the Walmart meats have been on par with the butcher. read more

Went to get a tire patched. They couldn't do it so I decided to buy one tire. Then told me they can't mount it since it was an AWD SUV. So I bought the tire and took it to a tire shop up the road to have it mounted. Which I was ok with it. I get to the tire shop and they told me that Walmart Auto shop sold me the wrong size. I even ask the person who sold me the tire if that is the correct size and he told me yes. Now how stupid can you be working at an auto shop selling tires everyday and you sell me the wrong size tire?!!! read more

Decent Walmart but don't go there to get a check cashed. I just moved to the area from VA. My bank is not local. Went there to get a couple of checks cashed and this old gray-haired female hobbit tells me she can't cash my checks because the names weren't exactly the same as what's on my ID. My ID doesn't say SR but one of my checks had SR on the end. The other check didn't have an SR but she refused to cash that one too. Evil troll. I understand there are rules but it wasn't the rules that upset me. It was the fact that this hairy wart was so eager to dismiss me. It felt like she wasn't going to help me regardless. I was completely disrespectEd by an employee. I did absolutely nothing wrong but not see there was an open self check out where she so loudly and rudely made a comment saying that if she wants to stand there stupidly she can I'm not saying anything to her. I did not know there was a check out open, and when I said something to her about it she said I wasn't talking to you I was talking to her, the other employee standing there. She was wearing a yellow cest so I know she was a person of an upper level. I will never shop at this awful store again this is the third incident in this store. I used to be a store manager and I know how to treat customers. I know all about retail. No one should ever be treated like that. read more

Only gave them 1 star because I was unable to give 0. Went there yesterday and was very surprised to see the number of people shopping without the mandated face covering. PA has made it very clear that the face covering is a mandate, not a choice and that all business should have a policy of no face cover, no service. Still, Wal Mart doesn't seem to make any effort to comply with the mandate. There sometimes is an employee at the entrance yet these people walk right by them without hesitation or approach. The virus which is now again gaining strength and requires all of us to do the right thing for the safety of each and every person. A failure to do so is not only arrogant but wrong as human being on every level. read more

We used to have a k-mart in town I wish they would bring back the k-mart and get rid of the wall mart. The service is not very helpful, nor do that have any sense of urgency. This store is going downhill fast. Employees do not know where the products are. They don't know what they carry. In the Electronics Dept. they are not familiar with their ad. The freezer dept. has the food on the top shelf pushed so far back it can not reached. They decided to remodel the store in the middle of the pandemic so you must spend time looking for product you need. The song all the employees seem to sing is "I don't know." Don't know what they carry, where things are, what is in ad and who you should complain to. I used to love this store but it is really bad now. read more

Went to the Tire & Lube center for a patch on my tire from a nail. Was told I drove on my tire flat and it had to be replaced. Anyone who has ever had a flat tire knows it is quite obvious when you drive on a flat. I knew I hadn't. I took my tire back and the next day took it to a real mechanic who pulled the tire off the rim in front of me and showed me there was absolutely no wear. He ran his hand along the inside and immediately felt the nail. Patch took less than 20 minutes and cost $10. Will never go to Walmart tire center for any type of vehicle repair. They outright lied to my face. read more

This Walmart is terrible. There are never enough checkout lines open and it takes forever. Then half of the employees have no clue what they are doing or are down right not nice. I also tried to exchange a few things that I recieved as gifts that I got multiples of for something else and they said I could only exchange up to 50$ worth of stuff. I said okay I'll just exchange what I really need to then and they said no we cant let you exchange anything at all. Terrible customer service. Lost my business read more
