Went back the end of March 2025 and they jumped the price at 33.73 and the President said you want to avoid tariffs buy American made.Phillips brand crab meat is from Baltimore. Walmart stated it came from India. I showed where Food Lion (same brand) was still under 20.00 the price they sold it for in Jan. I still have the cans and all three cans 2 from Walmart and 1 from Food Lion has the same barcode, they came from the same place in Baltimore. I will never buy food from Walmart. They lost thousands for what we would have spent at their store over our life time. Almost doubling the price of a can of their crab meat that came from the United States. I call this Greed and dishonest business practices. I wonder what else they got from here in the United States and stated it came from India. Google search crab meat Export from India and you will see it did not come from India. It is a way they can get more money from people. I reported them to the ATO in PA and they did nothing. My wife needed a new pharmacy after changing doctors for convenience. She made certain to have all…read morethe information readily available prior to having the prescription electronically sent, as the medication is quite a delicate one. From the beginning, she felt they were very prejudicial about it, even saying "the insurance needed preauthorization" for a medication she had been taking for over a dozen years. When she called to ask what the issue was, they ran it again and it was just fine. Today, they called to say they couldn't fill the medication because the prescriber wasn't in the immediate area and they could only fill those from the immediate area. Mind you, they've filled it several times but they just "couldn't believe it hadn't been flagged before". It's from less than 3 hours away and insurance is perfectly fine-filled perfectly on time. Then it was a "Good luck finding another pharmacy!" This has been a terrible experience for my wife, who had been so happy to have the ease of a hometown pharmacy. I would suggest you avoid this pharmacy if you aren't a local or have a medication they may not agree with (Even if they don't know why you take it or your health history). It often concerns me that pharmacists have the power to make medical decisions that should be between a patient and their physician. I understand abuse of medications happens, but utilizing common sense happens, as well.
