Went tonight and the doors were locked at 1045pm. There was a worker saying "we are closed"......ummm nope-sign says you close at 11pm! so as soon as someone walked out, I ran in through the "out" doors. IF I WAS A BETTING WOMAN I'D say if corporate was notified of them locking the doors early, that they'd get in trouble. I shop here all the time. I'll treat this time as a fluke. Next time corporate will be notified. There were 5 other people outside in that minute I was waiting to get it. They do this crap down south. It dont fly up here in the north. read more

Too hard to find ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm 84 yrsold and have bad lgs so I NEED a buggy to ride to shop.Since remodeling they have LESS1 What the have is mostly junk, not maintained proper;y. This Walmart store is a super center that has not only a discount department store but also a grocery store, vision center, pharmacy, garden center, photo center, auto center, etcetera. For several years, I have shopped at this Walmart off and on. I have always felt satisfied with the selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, electronics, furniture, health and beauty products, cleaning products, pet supplies, home decor, etcetera. I also think that the prices are low. Most recently, I stopped in this Walmart to purchase some personal-care products and home goods. I could not find the shower curtains in the aisles, so I asked an employee, and she immediately helped me. I also picked out some dish towels, hand lotion, and contact solution. The cashier quickly and accurately rang up my purchase and thanked me. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I had purchased a car battery in June of 2025. The battery has a 2 yr warranty and it died on April 28th of 2026. I take it in for what should have been a replacement but was told being their hand held tester did not say replace then they would not do anything. I had the battery on a charger for two days and it never charged and also jumped the car to start it and the battery did not charge from the alternator either. The battery I brought back was also bulging on the ends as well. They acted like I was lying to them and just kept saying that there is nothing they would do. Like I really felt like taking a battery out of a car exchanging it and then having to put the other one in! It is not that expensive of a battery but I shouldn't have to buy a new one when the one that isn't even a year old failed. I ended up purchasing another one due to needing it right away but will never buy anything automotive related from Walmart ever again. Lesson learned make sure you get a good name brand that actually stands behind their product! I will honestly go elsewhere from now on for everything I can. Last week showed up early to buy a battery and have it installed, the lady who I spoke with stated that her husband who works for Walmart could install a new battery. Because he didn't have the exact wrench or socket to remove old battery, he stated they could not do the job. This is not the first time, never AGAIN! read more

I was shopping with my family and kids. There were these two girls with the name Bella and Kendra and they were off task not doing anything. Some other girl around them was doing their entire job for them which is ridiculous. They had this girl doing their work for them and being off task the entire time. I wouldn't even rate this Walmart a 1 star, but i had no other option. My son showed up for our 8-9 pick-up after getting the text that the order was ready. He was unable to check-in via the text. He called. Was told it would be right out. Waited 30 minutes and talked to someone else. They said our order was next and then came back and told him it was still being prepped. He sat there until 9:54 and someone came and told him there was no order and proceeded to go back inside, shut the doors, and lock them. I have been calling the store since this happened and the phone rings and rings until someone picks up and then hangs up...multiple times. This is the second time this week they have done this and have taken my money, but won't credit it back for 10 days. Down $160 and no groceries and no answers from management. AWFUL!! read more

Haven't been to my local WM for a while. Went this morning at 7am. Friendly greeting. Stokers were busily shelving stuff. Despite that, I couldn't find 3 out of 5 products, I would normally buy. The overall fresh grocery section looks pretty tired.The Organic produce section is reduced and shoved out of the way. If WM are having problem sourcing fresh food now, I can imagine if a calamity strikes what is going to be. A disaster. I question this Mile sq.Super Center model as a whole.It doesn't look it serve to real people, but to corporate greed. read more

I didn't go to a Walmart for years, because I really didn't like the store itself! Now that our new neighborhood doesn't have a target with grocery section, Walmart has become one of my go to's! The Washington Walmart is normally very busy, but it is always clean and I never have any complaints when it comes to finding what I came in looking for. read more

They are very unorganized, but it's the cheapest place to get tires. The first appointment we had, the guy measured our rim incorrectly . He said we had to come back because we had the wrong size. They were wrong.We had the right size. We made a second appointment, but upon return, they didn't have our appointment down. Forty-five minutes after it was supposed to be done, they hadn't even started. We heard the guy at the desk say our car was the only one back there, but they went to lunch. It took our whole day off. went in and filled my cart with groceries. went to check out. only one cashier on duty!. unless you wanted self check out which i do not prefer!!!! but there were two more cashiers at registers with tape across theeir lanes. so i went over to ask the manager who was talking to them both why only one lane was open. her reply was because too many people didnt show up for work....but yet she had 2 available cashiers standing there. so i gave her my buggy and said well one of you can put these groceries away....and left! i won't go back! read more

After my wife waited almost 2 hours to get a tire changed they told her I wouldn't be able to change it because they close at 6 it was only 5 and the guy that was in front of her gave up his appointment so she could get back on the road. I like this Walmart. It's clean and spacious. The crowd here isn't as bad as other places. It's not as picked over and disorganized as other Walmarts. They always have what I need at a good price. Unless it's on sale somewhere else! read more

Great Walmart! My business does events for the community ( toy drive, Easter baskets and egg coloring, Mother's Day brunch, and thanksgiving food giveaways) and they always have great prizes for our free raffles, always have many of one item so every kid can get the same thing with reason of colors. read more

What store lists their Xbox series X as in stock and available for in store purchase and doesn't have the foresight to mention on the website you can't buy it until noon. I am very unhappy! I got to walmart around 1118 I would say roughly and the store workers are already putting away the "Black Friday deals" clearly online it says it's from 6 to 12 and at the time I'm writing this it's 1147. The crew says it's getting ready for the morning rush yet it's not even midnight. I am highly upset and extremely disappointed with the mindset of Walmart and its management. I am very anti-Walmart but yesterday I was in the area and wanted to look for something real quick. There were 2 boys, around 10 yrs old (no parents with them), one was pushing another in a store wheelchair (HE WAS IN NO WAY DISABLED) who had no freaking shoes on !!! How is this acceptable?!?! Both disgust me- the fact they were using the wheelchair AND no shoes. URGH !! How did the greeter not see this?! I left in disgust. THIS is what gives Walmart their bad name. To start this off, if I could give this Walmart 0 starts I would because these people are beyond stupid. This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been to in my life. The WIC card that I was using for my daughter wouldn't go through on their end and it took 2 cashiers and a supervisor to try and figure out what was wrong. Then the supervisor told me that since the WIC card wasn't going through that they had to take off my 8 month old daughters formula and baby cereal. Why is it that it took 2 cashiers and a supervisor to not even know what the hell was going on? They definitely don't deserve $15.00 an hour when they have no clue how to do their jobs. read more

It's always super hard to rate Walmart's because, well, they're just Walmart's. Nothing really special about this one. Everyone does their job, everything is clean, there are usually 3 people ahead of you before checkout. I found everything I needed and spend just the right amount of time there. read more

I really didn't even want to give this "store" 1 star !! I went to the store approx. 9pm on April 12, 2018. I got to the check-out approx. 10:30pm & there was only 2 self check-out & 1 express register open. The cashier at the express was nice enough to take me. That was totally unacceptable to only have those registers open !! This is a common occurrence at this "store". I also saw a girl enter the store with NO shoes on & she walked right past a cashier & the cashier never stopped her !! I also saw several foreign gentleman in 1 aisle for over 45 minutes, 1 checked out a few things & then he went back to the aisle WITH the bag. The cashier was looking right at them & she didn't even stop him from taking the bag back into the store. I really think they were shoplifting & no attempt was made to stop them. Not only is the employees at this store usually very unfriendly but people can obviously steal right under their noses !! I would NOT recommend this Wal-Mart to anyone. read more

I like Wal-Mart and my wife and I shop there a good bit. Today however, my wife and four year old daughter were shopping near the mens section. Someone in the store screamed very loudly " Everybody get down." My wife grabbed my daughter and pulled her down to a safe area. She is unsure who yelled it, but when she looked up an employee was rounding the corner of an aisle in the food area with a big bread rack. Another employee of Wal-Mart must have found this to be funny, as she laughed at my wife and daughter as they got down. Now I don't know if it was an employee who yelled or not, but I suspect that it was. Otherwise the laughing employee may not have found it so funny. My wife and daughter were not the only ones who were startled. Several of them made comments about the laughing employee. My wife kept herself calm for my daughter's sake but called me at work in tears. If my wife hadn't stayed so calm, this little joke could have scarred my daughter for life. But at least your employee had a good laugh. I am sick and disgusted and can honestly say that this has affected my wife in a real way. I highly doubt we will be back. read more

One star because you can't post without giving a star rating After shopping at this WalMart store for most of my life, I am sorry to say that I got the worst treatment I have ever received by a retail store management team & their corporate customer complaint department. I was told three different things by one manager & when I was unsatisfied with this I ask for a store manager. Who basically says sorry but oh well . So after 1 1/2 hours I leave the store completely unsatisfied. The next day I call the corporate customer service department & get told that my complaint would be forwarded back to the store I was complaining about & if they felt any further action was warranted they would get in touch with me. When I pointed out that no one had any info to get in touch with me, the representative said " oh yes we do I have your name. (Are they going to go outside and yell my name & hope I answer)? This from a billion dollar company willing to loose a loyal customer over $295.00. read more

Our experience at this store was poor. We were trying to find an item in Jewelry. Three different employees said they would get someone to assist. We waited close to half an hour before someone finally showed up. After waiting our question still could not be answered. Very frustrating trying to find someone for assistance. read more

For any trucker planning to stop and shop, don't. I say this because they have cement blocks specifically placed so semi do not park. We called ahead to know if we were allowed to park and they well knowing they had cement blocks and signs thats specifically stated that semi weren't welcomed, they still told us we could come by and park. read more

On Thursday, 6/28 at around 5:30 I lost my phone in the store. Went to customer service to see if anyone had turned it in. The employees at customer service were extremely helpful. Misty especially, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try to help me find it. It took me about 40 minutes to eventually find it. But I was very appreciative of Misty and the rest of the customer service staff in their attempts to help me! read more

Joe in automotive saved our vacation! We had a flat on our trailer and pulled in hoping to get news tone put on. Joe was in the garage working and promptly greeted my husband very optimistically. He walked him in the Supercenter to the tire section to find replacements. He discussed options with him since they did not have what we needed. We were hours from home and hours from where we were headed and knew nothing of the area. Joe directed us where to buy new tires. My husband concerned, asked if the tires could be put on at the Supercenter. Joe replied with an enthusiastic "Sure! We can do that for you!" We bought tires and returned shortly to a line of customers at the counter, three employees behind it and Joe hard a work on a car in the garage. The cashier told my husband they were too booked to get us in and asked his manager to confirm. The manager agreed but said it would be at least two and half hours. Not wanting to get to our camp site after dark, he asked for names of places in the area that could do the job. The manager then said, "Well, let me ask Joe if he could do it." Of course joe could! And in under five minutes Joe had the job done. He looked at our trailer packed full of gear, shared some nostalgia about his own camping trips and wished us, our 4 kids and two dogs well. Never underestimate the power of a helpful human! Joe is one of those guys! read more
