Don't know about other Walmarts, but this one - the North Warren, PA Supercenter - is spotlessly clean and super friendly. Recently Walmart did I think a national re-set: pet food for example moved from one corner of the store to another. Regular staff but even more so the personal shoppers have always been there to help - often to the point of taking you there to make certain they were right about where your item went. Good store! read more

This store is the cleanest, most organized Walmart Super Center I've ever seen. The shelves are neatly organized and well stocked. There's always a friendly staff member to greet and help you. The rest of the WSS' I've shopped in don't compare with this store. Kudos to the staff and management. read more

Not recommending this store. The floors were dirty and the bathroom smelled disgusting. A few associates are friendly but most of them act like the customers are bothering them. Every time I'm in line a cashier double scans. I have to watch closely. Associates at the return desk treat you like dirt for returning. A manager Holly wasn't very helpful when I complained about double scanning. She defended the cashier. A lot of dented cans in this store, including dog food. You have to check each can before you buy, otherwise when you try to return the associates try to blame you. Greeters aren't very pleasant either. I shop here for good food prices but otherwise this store is very unpleasant place to shop. read more

After voicing a complaint and giving them ample opportunity to resolve or even attempt to resolve an issue I brought up Yelp to voice my dissatisfaction. What do you know 2.5 stars . Darren, after multiple attempts to get to his supervisor, insisted he was the one to talk to. After spending 2 1/2 hours at Walmart trying to get tires mounted on rims, they tell me that they don't have the proper machinery to mount that size of tires on the rims. I could've spent Easter at home and now I also have to look for a place to do it tomorrow. Darren although admitting that I wasted some time, decided that there was no foul and everything is as it should be. This would be a great training opportunity for Darren, as it would have been very easy to make me an understanding customer. read more

The older ladies up front at self checkout are just completely disrespectful and struggle with simple things like greeting people. There are numerous employees that are just not able to provide good service read more

Tried to buy a laptop for me and my son but they refused to sell us both one. One associate Stated one per person but when I pointed out there were two of us they changed it to one per family. They had several of these laptops and lots of others. My guess is they were saving them for employees since they were on clearance and hidden. Not like I was trying to buy a hard to find item like the new gen consoles was a clearance item they couldn't sell. Clearly this store is making up its own policies because they couldn't find any policy to reflect this and the register allows 2 per transaction. Guess I'll stick to shopping on AmaZon. read more

We were going to purchase slippers which were on a large rack with alot of the same slippers for 3.00. Rang up as 14.97 and when asking for price correction manager essentially called us liars and had to physically check himself instead of having an associate check. Buyer beware. Check you receipts here as they already proved to me misleading advertising. read more

My battery died while I was shopping at this store and I approached Matt in the automotive center and he was able to get me on my way...I returned later to have my car battery checked and sure enuff I needed a new one. All of the employees that helped me were super friendly and I wouldn't hesitate returning to this location for whenever the next unexpected car issue occurs... Thankyou so much for your service... I truly appreciate your help!!! read more

Do not use their tire service center. They misdiagnosed a rear hub on a 4 year old vehicle and made us go to the dealership right away because they told her she was driving on a dangerous and broken hub. Dealership said nothing was wrong with it. And when we asked for customer service manager. They were rude and belittling. read more

this walmart is absolutely preposterous. the customer service is nothing but crap. a few days ago they ran out of bags in the self checkout area and after asking an employee we were told to "go find some in the aisles" a few customers in front and behind me were told the same thing. so instead of having her get bags she told us we had to get them ourselves. so we all had to go find some, hold up the line and wait 10x longer to get bags and check out. i would appreciate better customer service and an understanding attitude from the employees in which they could retrieve bags for me and not have us customers hold up the line and make them angrier. read more

This what we call OUR Walmart. The people who work there are our neighbours and our friends. Before our Walmart was built alot of people drove to Bradford and Jamestown to shop. This is where you go 24 hours a day to get something you need. The people of Warren county determined that they liked Walmart more than Kmart. that is why Kmart left. Walmart now has to compete with Dollar General in our area. Walmart gives us what we want at the price we like. read more
