Every time I'm in line a cashier double scans. I have to watch closely. Associates at the return desk treat you like dirt for returning. A manager Holly wasn't very helpful when I complained about double scanning. She defended the cashier. A lot of dented cans in this store, including dog food. You have to check each can before you buy, otherwise when you try to return the associates try to blame you. Greeters aren't very pleasant either. I shop here for good food prices but otherwise this store is very unpleasant place to shop.

Color dye wasn't through and through in the strand thread. Sent items back. Company then emailed me and said that they do not take a refund or exchange on the items I purchased. They kept the three shirts I sent to them and did not issue me a refund. Had to dispute claim with PayPal. Then company only refunded me half the amount while still keeping the three shirts. This has been the biggest headache! I would never do business with them. Just want to save everyone trouble.

They helped us pick out a variety of PFDs for our kids ranging from 3-10 yr. Not only is the quality of rentals excellent (better than any kayak/board rental i've ever used) but the staff is extremely friendly and generous! They were able to deliver and pickup our rentals which made things very easy for us. We thoroughly enjoyed going out on the lake several times and were able to take 2 adults and 5 kids out at once with just the tandem and SUP. Would definitely use for future family camping trips!
