To be honest they were almost too good as folks kept going back for more instead of dancing! We love this family business that uses home-grown ingredients whenever possible and we'll be looking for their food truck at local events for a long time (we didn't use the food truck at our event but it's a fun surprise every time we see it out in the wild).

With helicopter all set to go, the weather cancelled that idea at the last minute. And this team went to "Plan B" in the most efficient way possible. Transporting me from Jamestown to Erie, they were professional, kind, supportive and respectful. A lot of old people seem to want to complain about the younger generations serving them. Well, I guess many haven't met this team at Alstar. They're second to none. I'm forever grateful to them.
