Color dye wasn't through and through in the strand thread. Sent items back. Company then emailed me and said that they do not take a refund or exchange on the items I purchased. They kept the three shirts I sent to them and did not issue me a refund. Had to dispute claim with PayPal. Then company only refunded me half the amount while still keeping the three shirts. This has been the biggest headache! I would never do business with them. Just want to save everyone trouble.

My first attempt at ordering had a few glitches, so I e-mailed the owner through the link she provided. She got back to me within 12 hours and low and behold, I had entered the information incorrectly. After placing my order, I received an e-mail conformation, and was subsequently notified when my order had been shipped. To summarize; I placed my order on a Tuesday, and had a finished product on my doorstep that following Monday.
