The laziest staff I've ever encountered. There was a box of masks at the door- nobody by them with older woman on her phone. I forgot my mask in the car so I go to grab one since it's an unattended box. Got yelled at and mask snatched out my hand told off, humiliated in the store. read more

Today I went into Walmart in Vicksburg, MS. I bought 3 plant pot holders, at $4.00 each... so I went to self-checkout and paid for everything, not knowing after I left and checked my receipt..... Two of my plant holders was $4.00 and the third one was $5.50, it's a shame how Walmart is switching up the costs on everything. If you're checking out by yourself, PLEASE check your items once you scan the item.... Walmart is making more money by cheating and putting the wrong price on items....too bad, I stay out of town read more

I found the workers to be polite, friendly and helpful. The store was as well stocked as any other Walmart that I have been in.

I don't like standing in line period. I'm very impatient and always in a hurry. I was at #Walmart and had put all my items on the checkout counter. In fact, I lined up all the bar codes for easy access as I needed to get out quickly. I had someone at my home who had surgery this day and needed a prescription from Walmart Pharmacy. I also needed groceries. After placing my items on the checkout and waiting for some time. I asked the clerk what was the problem? She said the computer/register was not working but had help coming to start the register. My friend with me said you should move to another register. I had everything so organized I waited a bit more for this register. I stated my urgent need to get home and this man working at another register said let me help you. I can get you checked out and on your way. So many times at Walmart the only employee speaking is the greeter when you first enter the store. Well, I want to Thank Mr. John Donovan and I hope the Walmart management team reads this and recognizes him. The only reason I give this store a star at all is for the prices. Should you need assistance of any kind, don't expect friendly, courteous, timely, or prompt service from any associate at this store. (Unless you happen to know them) Employees have no issue with blocking the aisles when re-stocking. They are frequently out of stock on many items. My husband was forced to wait approximately 25 minutes at the jewelry counter, while other people who arrived AFTER he did were greeted & waited on. Yes, he made it clear he was ready to speak with a salesperson, he was promptly ignored. I frequent this store because the only other choice is a Kroger, & their prices are just too high for me. read more

they have a phone why not answer it I have called more than 20 times just this morning and it is 7 o'clock am, I started calling last night at 8;30 pm...no answered I went to the online chat and had a rep from Walmart called they didn't answer his call either, this is just terrible the options on the line do not have customer service, 4 options deli, pharmacy, electronic and pick up. this is just terrible. the reason for my call I lefts some items and total about $10 and wanted to see if anyone had took them to the customer service desk I live 20 miles away from my local Walmart were is the care and service. where is the managers?" read more

Always panhandlers at the entrance door harassing customers as they come & go. Using the garden center entrance is a hit & miss chance as they only staff it at strange times. There is never enough help at prime times in the pharmacy so a wait is assured. Staff walks around cussing worse than a sailor and do not know where anything is to assist you. The fruits may have rot at seed level because of being shipped in frozen. They have removed many name brand products. read more

Likely slowest service, least helpful Walmart I have visited throughout the US ( and I have been to many). Employees blocking the aisles talking, cashier left to do price check for 5 minutes while others in line. Inefficiency run amuck . read more

Horrible experience with the Walmart bakery today!! I had went in on Tuesday morning to order my daughter a Disney princess birthday cake and when I went to pick it up, first they acted like they didn't have an order for pick up at my time I asked for. Then when they finally went to the back to actually look for my cake, it wasn't the cake I ordered. I specifically told the lady at the bakery I wanted a Disney princess cake and instead I got a white splitting in two regular princess cake (with crown and wand). Definitely very two different things. One had Cinderella, belle and aurora on it the other a crown and wand. If they would've actually took time to let me show them a picture of what I wanted instead of being too busy chit chatting with one another I wouldn't have had to have worried about this!! Thankfully they did have a blank Disney princess cake in the display area and I was able to get them to write what I wanted on it but if someone would've came through earlier than me that was also having a Disney princess party, I would've been without the cake I actually ordered. Very disappointed in this bakery. I mean the cake was delicious but there is no sense in making people worry about their cake order being messed up. read more

They do not have their advertized pre black friday deals in electronics department and no one in the store is the least bit apologic or concerned. They just tease you to get you in the store hoping you will buy other products. Because of this I will be buying from a store who appreciates their customers. WalMart does not care about the people who pay their wages. read more
