Peter took my passport photo and he was excellent. Well the machine takes your photo but he walked me thru it and then he performed the 5-10 min maintenance service on the photo machine and re took my photo so it was much clearer. I Use the pharmacy for special weight loss drug which i acquire from the pharmaceutical company directly. They always made the process easy. Now I'm using a special Medicare program to get the same drug. These people took the time to figure out how to get the prior authorization and got my PCP involved to finish the process. Walmart delivery. Is great. You can schedule when to be delivered and can add to the order up until a few hours before the delivery time. Walmart eye care is the other end of scale. Got glasses a year in January 2025. In January 2026 noticed cracks on the edges of the lenses. They replaced them. I noticed the new lenses were clouding up. They refused to replace three month old lenses. Told me my perspiration was out of date which has nothing to do with defective lenses. read more

I'm 55 years old, and I was told by another i customer that I was being difficult. I wasn't trying to be aggressive with your gas station associate. I even apologized to her if I was coming off aggressive. I did that because your associate took a deep breath lord help me. Evidently people don't understand simple questions being asked. I've only played the lottery less than 10 times my entire life. So i told the associate I wanted 2 $2 quick picks for today and Saturday. So that would be a total of $8 for 4 numbers. She showed me the ticket she ran it was $8 for 2 numbers for both days where I wanted 4. I guess I will start buying my tickets elsewhere. I'm was acting woke I wouldn't have told your associate about her wet bathroom floor with no wet floor sign in sight. I't looked like a pipe might be leaking. Absolutely horrible experience with their grocery home delivery. 10 items were missing from my order! 10! Called the store was on hold for three minutes and then they literally said "we are busy. Call back later" and disconnected me. Called back several minutes later got a Live person who explained that once an order leaves the store they have nothing to do about it, so I had to call an 800 number to get a refund on the missing items. Called the number and read my entire list of missing items to AI, who told me they could do nothing about it, but finally got a live person. All she could do was give me a refund on the missing items and a $15 promotion for my next shopping order. That's certainly not going to be soon. I've gone to get an oil change twice on my car and left still needing an oil change! 1st time I went they said they didn't have an oil filter for me and I could go get one and come back but still have to pay full price. I didn't have time because I scheduled this oil change in advance. So I made another appointment the following weekend. 2nd time I went back they asked if I brought an oil filter (I did btw) since they still didn't have one for my car. Horrible store. Parking lot feels unsafe. Everything in the store seems to be locked, including men's underwear. Yes, even underwear. You have to find an employee (good luck) to unlock the case, then they must walk you to a check out counter and pay for the underwear. This is a joke. The Customer service is abysmal. The employees are so under trained it is embarrassing. I bought an auto battery online for pickup. We parked and notified. The guy came out with the battery and was going to leave. I reminded him the he needs to take the old battery and return my $12 core deposit back. He was clueless. The Supervisor came and said I had to carry the battery to the auto shop and get the refund from them. The auto people demanded an ID for a refund. I gave them all the info they needed. Order number phone number. They even scanned the barcode on my phone the Manager stated ID was for people stealing batteries and returning them for the core. Well those people will not have proof of a recently purchased battery and I don't think Walmart would even consider taking a battery from someone without proof of purchase. I don't feel comfortable providing additional personal information to an unsecured Walmart computer system. It's bad enough I provided them with my phone number and bad that I used my debit card. Walmart should educate their staff with the knowledge they need to do their job and to provide them with the obvious lack of empathy and understanding. The woman at the auto desk tossed my old battery on a cart and threw other things around and we did not even talk to her yet. When we did she was impolite and nasty. She even blamed me because her computer was not working. I will never ever buy another auto battery from Walmart again. Sometimes cheaper doesn't mean better, it means cheaper. Lack of customer service, respect, common sense, lack of safe guarding of personal information this should be a priority. Walmart shouldn't have the right to withhold a customer's refund. I grew up going to this Walmart and within the last few months the amount of constant criminal activity and just grime is too much. I stopped in today and as I'm going down the aisle I notice shoes shoved amongst food. I appears someone homeless took off their shoes in the store to most likely steal a new pair. I informed a staff member and showed this picture, however, I just ended up leaving and shopping at another store. Every time I venture to this Walmart it's been a mess. Late at night you have to be careful because of the theft that often occurs here. I've seen jewelry alarms go off non stop the entire visit and the very destructive people rummaging through items. It's sad to see such a big store get torn down by the people that also choose to visit this location. If you plan on visiting this location make sure you have your list ready with items needed to get in and out as quick as possible. I switched from the El Con store to this one because of understocking and an inability for the delivery drivers to find my place. I must be lucky! I read the other reviews and am surprised, as I've never had a problem with this store. My experiences have been strictly delivery, so I can't comment on in store shopping. The drivers are able to find my house, follow my instructions and even knock lightly if anything is frozen. I appreciate that, because they're so quiet! I also appreciate the fact that all of the tip goes to the driver and you have 24 hours to add, change, or delete the tip. I usually add more because this isn't my closest store and they always do a good job. read more

Called store on 2 separate occasions without luck. 1st call was useless. 2nd call offered no resolution and provided a 1-800 number for refund. Request to speak with manager was met with checking again but no manager, apologies, no manager and again suggesting I call 1-800 number. Called 1-800 number and got more help than store. I spoke with a customer service lady who verified UPS delivered the product to this location (confirming correct store). She was able to refund the amount to method of payment. The item ordered was X-Mas cards. We ordered so well in advance that they should have been received and sent out to our family and friends with time to spare before the holidays. Now, we get spun in circles with excuses, a sincere apology, a refund, and a search for a new store to handle our photo ordering in the future. Thanks, but no thanks. I went in to use the coin star machine, when the machine quit working with my coins inside. The notice on the machine said to notify the Customer Service desk, and when I did so, the desk could do nothing. 30 minutes later a very nice lead person informed me that she could do nothing but take my number, and that they would call me. Three hours later I called the Service desk, and waited 28 minutes until I was hung up on. How are you going to have your employees stand outside and lie to customers saying the store is closed when there's clearly 11 minutes left until closing trying not to let people in? Some lady just had to use the restroom, I mean it's getting ridiculous. I ignored it and went inside because I had three items to grab and they were right in the front I was in and out by the time they closed. (THE STORE HOURS SAY TILL 11pm, NOT 1049pm!) Every Walmart that I've been in around closing hours usually reminds you every 10 to 15 minutes what time it is and what time the store closes at, then when it gets to the last 10 minutes until closing every five minutes until it's announced that the store is closed. I mean come on Seriously someone is on the loudspeaker yelling every two minutes for 10 minutes straight the store is now closing make your way up to the front it's absolutely ridiculous. I was in Walmart on December 21 approximately 4 PM. I had just made a purchase and my wife contacted me and asked me last minute to pick up a last-minute gift I went got the gift had it in my cart we're standing up front by the self check out Waiting for my wife to cash app me the money for the gift when a security guard in a gray uniform non-Walmart employee separate company they use for security approached me and asked me are you ready? I looked up and said excuse me at which point this elderly, female security guard began to badger me as to why I was standing there and not checking out, I explain to her politely that I was waiting for my wife to send me money so I can purchase the $200 item in my cart. She continued to question me at which point I asked a Walmart cashier to speak to a manager I was told that I had to go to customer service to speak to manager, as I walked away, the security guard began to push my shopping cart in the opposite direction. I had forgotten my yeti cup in shopping cart, so I returned back to shopping cart to get my cup at which point the security guard started yelling, claiming that I threatened her, telling me to get out of the store that I was no longer allowed at that Walmart location to my disbelief I looked and there was the Walmart manager who was in agreement with this security guard. So nobody heard me make us right because I did not make a threat so pretty much this security guard who doesn't even work for Walmart can make any type of claim And there's no one watching or checking to see if the security guards claims are valid. I guess Walmart is just making so much money these days that they don't mind losing a loyal customer I had already spent close to $2700 in the last month at that Walmart location on holiday Gift items as well as items for my home. I shop regularly once a week at that location because of the security guard and I guess now I'm not allowed at that location I will be shopping elsewhere. Inside the store is clean and organized, but getting through the front door is the problem. You find employees with their blue vest on break smoking by the front door in groups of 8 to 10 people. You have to go around homeless people sitting on sidewalk or laying on the front door pillars. Store baskets in the parking lot everywhere. There is even three snowbirds with broke down RV"s who have taken up residency on the far North East side of parking lot.
