This Walmart Supercenter has a department store, pharmacy, auto center, vision center, garden center, photo center, groceries, and more. In the past several years, I have shopped here a few times. The store had the usual departments: clothing, shoes, accessories, home decor, home improvement, electronics, toys, health products, beauty products, hygiene products, pet supplies, office supplies, and more. Prices were fairly low. Each time that I shop here, I think that the store offers a decently wide selection of merchandise. For my most recent visit, I selected several items to purchase--hygiene products, greeting cards, and snack foods. The cashier did an OK job with ringing up my purchase. Overall, Walmart is not a store where I frequently shop, but I like to stop here occasionally to see what they offer. read more

Once again, the ineptitude of this store shines again. I ordered a protein bottle for my parents, something I've done before. Well, the driver said the item was delivered, and took a picture. Problem is, the picture is not in the apparent complex. Where and/or how they managed this is beyond confounding. Please, do not get anything delivered from this store! This Walmart is the biggest joke and if they don't get their stuff together I can see them shutting down in the near future. The managers there are incompetent. They barely have staff, I've waited in like for 45 minutes early morning because they only had one register open and the girl that was checking people out felt the need to investigate every item everyone was purchasing before bagging them as if she didn't see the long line waiting. My experiences with this site in person are not bad. You have to go early or things aren't stocked. Registers are always understaffed but I scan my own on the very sensitive scanners that double ring whenever possible. My main issue right now is with the paid service of WAlmart+ whose motto seems to be "We'll deliver when we dang well feel like it". I am waiting for an order now that I can't cancel that is 12+ hours late. To cancel you must be there in person. Well... I do have my own job and life. I paid for delivery. I have gotten endless chatbots and sassy chat "help". that was not helpful at all. They can put a hold on my account and not let me cancel; however, it's still sitting at the store. Why can't I cancel? I don't know what the problem is but this keeps happening. Don't waste your money on this imaginary reliable service. read more

Terrible delivery services. I have Walmart+. Almost every order is messed up. Today's order was not different. Ordered express delivery to be there by 1. Did not arrive. Watch the driver via tracking in the app drive down my street, turn on to the next street, and then sat there. Then headed back to Walmart. No message, text, nothing. Walmart notified me later that my order was delayed. Yeah, no kidding. It's already been 3 hours. They tell me it is out for delivery again. Watching the driver again via the app, goes down my street, stops in the next neighborhood and sat there. I wasted my afternoon waiting for this order to arrive. I finally cancelled it. This has happened several times. The delivery people rarely follow the instructions on where to leave the items when they do manage to get to my house. Don't bother. The same issue happened a month or so ago. I wrote to Walmart Corp about the terrible experience and asked that they contact me. They never did. I am disabled and am not able to shop for myself. After losing power for several days this week and throwing out spoiled food, I still do not have groceries. And if you are wondering, I attempted to contact the driver via the app. No response. read more

You disgust me Walmart. I can definitely say that about this particular location. A quick stop does not exist for this location at all. I made my 'quick stop' here the other day as I was on my way to do some business north of the city. This should have been an easy stop, but turns out, it wasn't. I walked in because I needed two things, just two measly things, and can you take a guess as to what happened? The two items I needed were out of stock. Exactly the two I needed. While shopping at this location I stumbled upon a Xbox One Special Edition Day One Game Console. They had been sold out for a while so I jumped at the chance to own one. I also bought a couple of games to play and took it home. As I am start to unbox the console I notice that the box was re-taped. Once inside the box I notice that the special edition console and controller are both full of scratches and appears to have been used. After hooking up the system and powering it up I went to log into my Xbox Live account and find that someone else's Xbox account is already on the system. By this time I know for sure that the console was used heavily and then returned as there were a ton of game saves on the system. I then took photos to show the damage to the outside of the system and the fact that there was a Xbox Live account already on the console, boxed it all back up and made the 17 mile drive back to Walmart. On the way back the car in front of me hit a deer and by the grace of God I barely missed hitting the car in front of me. After stopping to make sure they were ok and waiting with them until a tow truck came and made my way back. Once at the returns desk I explained about the Xbox and they looked at me like I was making it up. I then asked for a manager and explained everything to him. He apologized, went to the back and got me another one and that was it. No money off my Xbox for being inconvenienced. No gift card. No nothing. This location is usually my go to Wal-Mart as it is large and well stocked. Has a Sam's Club next door and not ghetto like the North Versailles location, but after this incident I'm not so sure. read more

I don't think this is anybody's first choice when it comes to shopping for anything. That said this particular Walmart is actually fairly well laid out. The staff is actually welcoming, and the aisles her fairly well organized. I popped in for a couple of needed items, and found them easily. You can ask for more than that. read more

Usually I'm pretty happy that this place isn't busy AND I would.give it a good review. Today, my experience was very different due to visiting the Optical center. I think it's great that WalMart offers Optical at a great price. My issue was with the staff. It was 3pm and there were 4 people on staff. Some were helping customers and some seemed busy looking at the computer screens. So I waited.......and waited.....and waited....I waited so long that my husband and daughter went to eat and came back before anyone could help me. Finally, the doctor came out and asked if anyone had helped me. He then directed me to a group of ladies that weren't busy at all. I explained that my glasses were broken, I had no contacts and was in an emergency situation. They said they had no openings, as the doctor was out....the same doctor that just asked me if I had been waited on.... I would like to point out that they are open until 8pm every weekday...but the doctor leaves at 3-4pm. What exactly are they doing until 8 if they are not taking patients? I won't be going back there. The staff is rude. But I'm going to start looking at what it takes to be an eye doctor. Seems like a great job with an amazing schedule! read more

The trip to Walmart goes right or wrong. This one went a tad bit wrong. The store was a bit messy in the men's clothing department. The cashier accidently rung up the juice belonging to the person behind me. The manager took long to come over and the system wouldn't allow her to refund the money. We had to go to customer service and that register wouldn't allow it either. She ended up refunding the purchase as if we had no receipt. The should have a much better computer system. The lady was nice but her company failed her unfortunately. read more

I want to love Walmart for it's convenience, but I just can't. This one is OK, but it's not what I expect. The aisles were disorganized and some areas looked almost ransacked- at 11 am on a Monday. The makeup aisles, as usual, were gross. Nail polish all over the place, quite a few of the stocked powders were crushed, no prices on anything so you're just kinda flyin' blind, open cotton swabs in the one area, and the Hard Candy display was more or less deconstructed with items just sorta tossed on. But then there was more, because our journey took us deeper into the store to the area known as "the crafting section." Walmart, if you're reading, this is where my review goes from 2 to 3 stars. Your fabric section has saved this. Next doorish, you can find a lot of stuff at Michael's, but for basics in jewelry, sewing, yarn works, or acrylic painting you can't beat Walmart's prices. Their fabric is a bit confusing because things in this store are never really priced which wouldn't be an issue if I were one of those rich types, but c'mon girl I'm at Walmart I'm not rolling in cash. I don't want to have to hunt down a price check thingy or find an associate so they can call a co-worker so they can tell me what the price *should* be. I want it to be on the item or on the shelf, period. All things considered I will be back, but it's because I *have* to go back, not because I want to. read more

My online ordering system no longer works.  I'm told my account has been flagged and can no longer be used. This is because, when I picked up my last order, I was almost given someone else's order in addition to my own. Our personal information has now been crossed, and because of that, my account is frozen.  I did nothing for this to happen, yet no one can "unflag" my order so I can continue using it. I've been hung up on five times by different people trying to get this resolved. I'm told to open a new account with a new email, and to use a different card to pay --I ONLY HAVE ONE DEBIT CARD!! So even if I open a new account, my card can't be used. I'd love to get this resolved, if someone could contact me to fix this. Today, March 19, 2020 is day what of the COVID19 pandemic and these employees are out here coughing in their bare hands, wiping their hands on their pants and continue working throughout the store...and we're supposed to pick up groceries at this store and put them in your car and then bring them into your home; around your family...DISGUSTING...even if there was no pandemic...personal hygiene practices like that is the reason why people are continually contracting the virus and eventually die...I guess the store employees think social distancing is a suggestion because there was a group of employees standing basically shoulder-to-shoulder for what I am assuming was a staff briefing...If you visit this store anytime soon, BEWARE! read more

I went there to get holiday wrapping paper and several other items. They had a lot of Christmas decorations and Christmas wrapping paper. However not a single piece of Hanukkah wrapping paper. Since half of my family is Jewish, I needed both. I was told that they did not carry Hanukkah wrapping paper because no one ever asked for it. Last spring they had greeting cards for all sorts of holidays including St. Patrick's Day but not one Passover card. Each time, I was told that no one ever asked for these items. They also blamed the distributor. (I happen to know that the distributor does have those cards and paper but Walmart just does not order them.) Since this has happened several times at this Walmart, I asked to speak to a manager. After a comment from the woman, I said something about AntiSemitism. This woman said that she had never heard the term, AntiSemitism. She apparently did graduate from a Pittsburgh high school so I cannot imagine how she had never heard the term AntiSemitism. I found that a couple of stores in the same area had wrapping paper for Hanukkah and heard that it was selling well. They may not have heard of AntiSemitism but have they heard of self fulfilling prophecy? read more

The new online ordering is one of the best things that Walmart has ever come up with. You go on to the website make your selections pay with your credit or debit card and then pull into the designated area and they bring your items out to you. Why would you waste your time walking through Walmart when you can sit at home anselect your items. The only thing bad is I live in Ford City and I have to drive to Tarentum for the service but trust me I am sure that it won't be long before Kittanning offers this service. If there is ever an emergency as what had happened to me tonight don't count on Walmart to help. The car my friends and I was in caught on fire. A bystander runs into the Walmart and grabs the fire extinguisher to come to our help. A minute comes by and a heavy set women name JANET runs out (dressed in the puke yellow vest they always have on) yelling at us and saying that we stole the fire extinguishers. Like we didn't just have a car on fire. To say the least I wouldn't ask for help or even ask for anything from these people. read more

This store is filthy and poorly stocked. HBA shelves are bare many times forcing me to go to Walgreens or CVS instead for simple items like dental floss. Checkout lines are very slow and there are only 2-4 open out of the 20 available most of the time. Produce is poor quality, expensive, and badly arranged. All meats are adulterated with sodium solutions to make them weigh more and they look unhealthy. Many times food aisles are poorly stocked with bare spots and missing items. Clientel at the Walmart look like they just got out of the circus sideshow or a mental hospital on a day pass--overweight, tattooed, wearing nascar clothing with their mouths agape, shuffling along those endless aisles. I'll pass this store by and go to Giant Eagle, Aldi, and the Community Market for better quality and a more pleasant shopping experience. read more

This walmarts auto service TLE is an absolute joke! They take forever to perform even the simplest task. I have purchased multiple sets of tires here and there is always an issue with the balancing or tire quality which forces me to go to wither gibsonia or natrona to have the issue resolved. The last set of tire purchased was at the end of October and with all the previous issues we decided to pay for the road hazard warranty. So last week a tire was damaged by a large screw and my wife was in a small town and had a temp plug installed to get her to our walmart to have it replaced. They tried telling us it wasnt under warranty because if that and an employee insinuated she should have changed the tire herself! I assure you that didnt go well! We had to call the corporate offices and get a store manager involved. The tire had to be ordered in. After receiving a call that the tire was in i brought the vehicle in to have the tire replaced. There was 1 car in the garage when i got here. This is now over 2 hours for 1 tire replacement. They have a couple decent employees back here but my god 2 hours for 1 tire with 4-5 people in the garage!!! Go elsewhere if you need fast service!!!!! read more
