Don't waste your time getting tires here. They have no clue how to operate an efficient business. I had a 7 am appointment which is completely meaningless. They don't even ask if you have an appointment and take people as they arrive regardless. Why give appointment times of they are meaningless? I went there for one valve stem on one tire. It was the second car they got on the shop and I got out of there well after 9 am. Imagine if they did 4 tires of it takes them 2 plos hours for 1 tire. Never again. This place is poorly run . Again the appointment times are completely meaningless. I went to leave and this old worker doesn't return my keys and I have to fetch them from the garage. He acts like I did something wrong when this senile idiot didn't return them to the office. I won't be back. read more

I waited over 25 minutes for someone to show up in the jewelry dept. I pressed the "help" button multiple times, talked to three different roaming associates (who told me someone would be there) and no one showed up. I understand filling jobs is difficult these days, but when I finally gave up and left the store, I had the impression that the workers don't want to work! I brought my car in to have tires rotated. The very rude lady behind the counter said. My tires were too old and dry rotted to rotate them. Then she stole my lifetime rotation paper work. She said everything has it's limits. I paid for life time rotation. Their is nothing wrong with my tires. I recently had an oil change and tire rotation and they said my tires were fine. The very rude lady behind counter at Walmart is a very unpleasant liar. I will never go their again. If I could give the review 0 stars I would. 4/3/2020 DANGER!!!! Customers don't care about social distancing. Associates inside store are not much better. I saw them standing very close to each other, mask on hand. One way in and the same way out. Other entrance blocked off. 6 foot markers on the ground for the walk in. One associate moving you along. This associate responsible for in and out. The walk out was not 6 feet wide. A person was standing at the end of the exit lane very close to customers going out. She was probably mid 20's to early 30's. I said "you are closer than 6 feet away from people, you should move". Remember, she was at the end of the mandatory route (less than 6 foot wide roped off lane) that every customer had to exit through. I kept walking while she said 'f*ck you*. What?!?!?! People need to understand that kind of behavior is unacceptable in these days! Dangerous times! Please keep your distance and be considerate of the people around you. read more

loser ghetto-ville..... I have a lot of physical issues and went in to do some shopping today, and was struggling with my walking. I'm in the baking section wondering if maybe I should just do this a different time... And normally I am able to get an electric cart to ride. This time there were none. In to the baking supply section came two young women; each with a young child and they were having just a good old time riding the cards and screwing around... (You had to be there). How demoralizing. For all I know there were other people struggling as well, because there were no electric carts (you have these two screw offs doing that) kind of like rubbing salt in a wound . How sad! I have only seen this one other place, and that's Woodmans in Oak Creek. I know everyone knows this Walmart is ghetto-Mart and a lost cause but management and Walmart Corp. really need to get their act together and do something with this situation... read more

I've called three different days now, just checking to see if my tires came in, and they never answer the phone. The phone just rings like they put it in a drawer. I just want my winter tires on before my daughter starts driving for the first time. Today I have to go to Menards, so I will have to go into Walmart. I'm sure they will tell me the tires, that were due 4 days ago, have not arrived. They will give me a tracking number instead of just tracking it. Unfortunately, Walmart (Great Value brand) does not stand behind their guarantee. I purchased several boxes of Ultra Assorted Silver Cutlery 36 count and decided to wash by hand before I used them, and then I air dried them. Several hours later I noticed that all the cutlery discolored! On some of the cutlery, the silver either turned white-ish and/or spotty on all of them! The back of the box reads, "Our guarantee is our promise that you'll be fully satisfied with the quality of every Great Value product. If for any reason you aren't happy, we'll replace it or return your money, whichever you prefer. All you need is the package. It's that simple. Guaranteed." I called the 1-800 # on the back of the box and the rep called the Sturtevant store and told them I would be coming in to return the cutlery. (I even still had my receipt). When I went to the store to return them, 2 sales associates in customer service gave me such a hard time about it. They were rude and kept saying, it's been over 90 days and could not return. They didn't care about the guarantee. Said the guarantee is only good for 90 days. But it doesn't say that on the box. I came home and called the 1-800 # again, and the rep told me that I couldn't return the cutlery because again, "it has been past 90 days since I purchased it". They also told me if I had purchased it online I would have gotten an automatic refund back to my Capital One Walmart credit card. Funny thing is I purchased the order online and then went to pick it up, so the rep told me they have no record of it (apparently if I would have had the order delivered from Walmart.com, then I would have been able to return it. Really? I can see the order on my end on the Walmart website, but they can't see it. None of this makes sense to me at all. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy any Great Value product again as they do not stand behind their guarantee! read more

I have been noticing more and more rudeness from the sales associates at The Walmart in Racine, WI ever since they started having curbside pickup. The associates filling the orders are very pushy with a "get out of my way attitude". But, today was the last straw. My wife and I were in the back section where the Christmas decorations are when a sales associate came toward me in a very hurried manner. I was pushing the cart and tried to get out of her way, but ended up running into my wife's ankle with the cart, hurting her. Instead of the associate saying she was sorry or "is she okay"? The associate said, "please move, I have to close this door". At that point I was mad so I looked her in the eye and told her to wait, my wife is hurt. Instead she said please move and you don't have to be rude about it. As far as I'm concerned, she was the one who was rude and I told her so, and she slammed the door to the outside garden area. If this is acceptable behavior from management at this Walmart, I will not be returning to this Walmart, ever. read more

Worst place ever. I stopped in last weekend to return an item I bought online. Even with a receipt, it took them three managers to figure out how to refund my purchase. The first manager who tried basically threw up his hands and walked away from me. Poor customer service, untrained employees. Recently moved to the area, in a hurry I might add, and needed some items after spending 12 hours driving and unloading and thought Walmart would be the best place for groceries, electric items, a spare Cot in case we couldn't get our 2yr old bed set up before bedtime and a few other misc. items. All said, I spent over $200.00 in cash here after 9-10pm. Turns out we got our place situated and after settling in for a few weeks, I finally had time to return the Cot we never used. In all the chaos of moving I misplaced the receipt and upon reaching the customer service counter to return the Cot($74.00), I was turned away because: 1. I had no receipt and 2. It was over $50.00. I'm sure there will be some apology from Walmart about how I failed to abide by their return policy, but here's what I'm going to apologize for: 1. Even though I was there to not only return this item, I needed to buy Pull-ups, groceries and decided to get more activities for my kids there that day but was turned away because of a $24.00 overage in their return policy and I apologize for not buying these items there, today, after not even getting in store credit(which I asked for). 2. I apologize because I find this policy to be incredibly unfair to an honest customer who only wanted to return one of many items that were purchased there(in perfect condition within 30 days of the purchase) and I apologize for the fact that I will no longer be spending my money at a store that cannot cater to its customers in any way outside its own policy. It would seem that this business would rather take the $74.00(the Cot) now instead of catering to the potential income it would receive from a nearby, loyal, customer within the community from this day forth. I have to admit I spend a lot of money at Walmart and have been to many of them. This location is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. If I could issue negative stars, they would get a 5 in that. I called from another store to have an item held, drove all the way out there to find the item was not there and no one knew anything about it. Fitting room attendants were clueless, sent me to Customer Service. CS - clueless told me they could not help me. I asked to speak to the person who held the item, she was on break and they could not disturb her. REALLY!!!??? When I asked if they could just ask her where she put it I was told they can not bother someone when they are on their break and I would have to wait 25 minutes for her to return. I don't think so! I asked to speak with a manager, she was to be up in a couple of minutes......... 10 minutes pass, I ask them to recall her, she stated "take a message, I'm busy" You have got to be kidding me!!! I'm standing there after driving 30 minutes to get there to pick up an item that was being held, that no one seems to know anything about and my options are to leave a message for a manager or to wait for 25 minutes for 1 person to come back from lunch. Needless to say, I was livid. I was surrounded by "workers" and I say that in quotes because all they did is stand around talking. How do you get this job? I want to sign up! Stand around, talk, not help anyone and give people the run around, knowing your manager don't care either - WOW!!! So I ended up waiting for the person I spoke to on the phone. I didn't drive all the way out there to give up that easy. She stated she put the item aside and that they even had two of them but mysteriously they both evaporated, even with my name on it. The manager still refused to talk to me, she did not feel I was worth her time. I was told by this worker that they do not train there, she stated they are self trained and proceed to bash the other workers and management and said I should call corporate - that's employee loyalty for ya! Contacting corporate is what I am doing - this has not ended. Do not come to this location looking for any type of customer service, you will not see it. read more

Can I rate a zero? How cow every time I go here the employees never freaking know how to help. One time I asked for fire starters like kindling for a fire and the employee says OH! Yeah! Fire starters. This guy takes my by the FKING gun lighters......the next time I'm looking for a fire Pitt a small portable one, and I ask the employee in lawn and garden and she says...um....looks around.... I'm not sure.... Couldn't even tell me where to MAYBE look or ask another employee just, that. Good god, and today this is what triggered me to write the review, I'm checking out and the employee walks away when I need approval for super glue apparently, and comes back is on her phone for 2 minutes then tries to help and can't so called another employee over, the screen says restricted item approval needed, is customer 18? Yes or no. the second employee then asks me if I'm 18 and I already gave her my Drivers license to check my age lol, and instead of looking at it she asks me and I said, I'm 25.... She then goes okay so you're not 18. I thought it was a freaking joke, so she selected NO. She goes it asked me if you were 18 and you said no you're 24.... So you're not 18. Im livid at this point lol. So they call over a supervisor and she comes by to override and then tries three times to scan the item and keeps hitting go back to cart instead of proceed!?!?! Then she says I'm sorry I can't sell it to you. I said I don't even work here and all you had to do was hit proceed. She argues with me about how to do her job. So I just get the hell out of there at this point. Yes while these stories are hilarious, it's truly a shame and extremely sad that a Walmart GM gets paid 6 figures but can not manage their employees in this location with better training, I was formerly a GM and man I could do a MUCH better job. I am only giving this Walmart 2 stars. The customer service here is far below mediocre. this place reminds me of a circus and most the employees are clowns (there have been a very few decent employees). Ask lady for help and her facial expression and body language make you feel like you are wasting her time. I have been here on several occasions looking for an item that their website says they have in stock and they are nowhere to be found. Please tell me how a company of this size cannot control their inventory. And the real winner is the short round lady who took me to the loss prevention office because the box of Mucinex I picked up had a small tear in the corner. If people are stealing items like cold medicine I'm sure they make special cased shelves (like they have on the perfume aisle). I have been to many a Walmart in my travels and this is the only one were more people are wearing there pajamas than actually dressed, Is Racine getting that lazy you cant even put some damn clothes on to go to the store. read more

Every time I need to use the money center it is either closed or there is one employee and a line of people.

Although there are only two stars here, I'm not really faulting this Walmart. Mostly I'm just LIVID and need to rant. I spent the last half-hour in a checkout line here. Yes, I could have changed lines, but I was rendered speechless and paralyzed by the train wreck in front of me. Some lady with at least 50 items went through each and every one showing the hapless cashier how some other store in the area had it for a few pennies cheaper, and calling out Walmart's price-matching policy. She had half a dozen different store flyers with her. Several times the clerk had to call in the floor manager to get a ruling. She also had coupons for items she didn't buy (had to check all her bags to make sure), and a few in her purse that she forgot to give the cashier before her total was rang up. This lady never once cast a glance at the long line behind her or showed any apology for taking such a long time checking out. Shouldn't Walmart have a devoted checkout line for those with orders that might take ages to handle? I totally understand the need to look for deals and coupons. I do that myself. But to haggle about each and every item while searching for each one in its own store insert, knowing that there are others in line behind you is a special kind of insensitive on this customer's part. How about big signs saying "Special Orders Only Checked Out On Line #10" for price-matching items, lots of coupons, or any of the other times when checking out might take extra time? Sheeeesh! Time to put my feet up and have a little wine. read more
