This store lets in dogs which are not service animals. Sometimes they poop on the floor. Management tells me there is nothing they can do about it even though Wisconsin state law prohibits entry of non-service animals into grocery stores which sell non-packaged food. read more

This location is the worst! Never have more than one or two lanes open even on busy weekends. Just stayed in line for 35 min. I will never understand why they chose the layout they have for the produce section. Causes traffic jams. They don't have produce bags at every section so you end up running around trying to find bags. The produce itself is not great either. read more

Lots of selection. Was buying 2 bags of frozen food. They had large yellow stickers on them that only said "$5". When rang up at register they were $8.49. An employee told us to get it adjusted to the $5 on the tag we needed to goto customer service. Another person bought a bag and I bought 2, when speaking to the customer service rep she said we needed a membership card. I explained that it didn't say that, she said see look if I use the card and ring it up its $5, so we needed the member card. I explained that it doesn't say that and it's priced $5. She said it you want deals you have to be a member and that a lot of other stores are requiring you to have a member card or coupon. I explained that the stores that do that post the price and the member price. She was very snotty and said other stores do it, so I said guess we dont want to start shopping here and thanks for arguing with a customer. She was already helping another customer before we were even done talking. Extremely Rude! The selection may not make up for the rudeness. read more

I tried the CURBSIDE PICKUP for the very 1st time. Overall was a wonderful experience during these times. The app was easy to use and pick up went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend you try this. Staff was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my order before leaving. read more

Here's my review on instacart grocery delivery service if you a person that use EBT or QUEST card that the app is not for you. I sign up for the first time last week Saturday using instacart first time they got everything wrong I had a shopper delivered my order to the wrong address it just so happened it was just a block over for me while I had to get to actually stand up on a surgery I had to hop over to the next block over to get my order. The the second time I tried the app which was today Friday April 16th and I went to put in my order using my EBT only to have to find out that they do not have the app setup for people that would like to use EBT so if you use instacart delivery grocery delivery service you use it at your own risk please think before you act on this one. read more

I love this pick n save and I love ordering through THE PICK N SAVE APP to have my groceries delivered, I have NEVER had a problem with the pick n save app. Well, I tried the INSTACART APP, that was a big mistake, it does have a cheaper delivery fee but, lol, try get you with their other fees. They DO NOT apply the pick n save coupons such as the 10 for 10's or for that matter they have very few coupons on their site available to use. I texted my shopper 3 times about making sure they apply the coupons only to be ignored, then when she got to my house she told my husband yes, they were applied, she lied. I ended up spending about $25 more than I wanted to because of the coupons that were not applied. I will now ONLY be using the pick n save app to have my groceries delivered, not 1 problem have I had with them. Also instacart likes to precharge your credit card $20 to $30 more than your order, just in case your order goes over what the receipt says, ummm okay, pick n save doesn't do that and your pick n save shopper will actually call you on the phone if there is a substitution or price difference. Wrapping up, AVOID INSTACART, use the Pick N Save app and get the sales prices you deserve. Just returned from my local Pick and Save, after my purchase I wanted to get cash back off my debit card only to find out that Pick and Save now charges for this. There are plenty of stores that don't charge you for this. Do not shop at Pick N Save. read more

If you ever want to be an employee here at good ole pick N save DON'T. They would schedule me out of my Availability then get mad when I would call in why have an availability if you're not going to follow it. I tried to fix it over and over again and they still did it then I just keep calling in and or just didn't show up. I have told them and Management and they said "you should have open availability" um okay why hire me if you knew my availability? You guys think pick n save cares about the people there... sorry to burst your bubble but they truly don't this also happened to 3-5 other people and they got fired because of it! I went to buy dinner one afternoon. I went through self check out. I paid and was walking out and all the sudden my basket locks. Then out of no where a white man came yelling DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT. I didn't know he was even talking to me bc I was trying to fix my basket. Then I realized he was talking to me and I was like yes sir I do. The young man JULIAN that helped me in self check out told him "she just left from here". The white manager did not apologize or anything. He just said ok. So I'm still in shock, embarrassed and trying to get my basket to go. I believe he did that bc I am Mexican and he labeled me. If he was watching me he would have seen I scanned everything and paid for EVERYTHING. I am gonna look into getting a lawyer about this bc I believe this was a racist act. I cried when I went to the car as I was telling my husband. I was humiliated, embarrassed and I just couldn't believe it. I will never bring business to PICK N SAVE ever again and we buy groceries all the time from them. read more

I do not care for this store since their move (to 31 and Hwy 11) and re-design. It's dark with an austere concrete floor and feels very much like a dungeon in here - and not in a good way! (wink) Anyway, I much preferred their previous location which was better laid out, brighter and had (normal) white (tile?) floors. I fear they will be re-doing all their SE Wisconsin stores in this new dungeon scheme, which is a shame. So far the Kenosha store still offers a pleasant environment for shopping. I went into Pick N Save today 11/3/2019 as I do almost every day as I have always enjoyed especially their fresh produce and I am very well acquainted at least by sight with most all the hard working employees as I consider them friends. Upon checking out I put my debit card into the machine slot and before the machine requested my debit number a sign came into sight that stated there was now a .50 cent charge for the use of my debit card. I couldn't believe my eyes and asked the check out person when the heck this all started. I was told a couple days ago even though I was in yesterday and there was no charge that was required. In doing the math if I continue stopping there just 1 time each and every day it will cost me an extra $3.50 cents per week to use a machine that does not even require a paycheck for it's rendered services such as a human being does....and rightly deserving...... most likely a too small of paycheck for their quality of work, friendliness, and anything else done which is required of them. Paying a lousy machine .50 each and every time I buy an apple....a loaf of bread....a 6 pack of beer???? I THINK NOT....ANYMORE. Pick N Save called today. We were given wrong information. They take Illinois checks. It was declined for security purposes because we seldom write checks there. Our account has been flagged so we should be able to write checks without a problem. They are also giving us a $25 gift card. I will update again the next time we write a check there. Hopefully they will accept it, or we may have to leave the store and leave the groceries behind. I'm giving a 2 star rating for now. I still don't understand why they didn't ask me for a photo ID, instead of declining the check outright which was so embarrassing. read more
