Now, they lost me with the $34 family pack of ground ground beef. Liars... plain and simple. I get up before the sun and check to see if there's Xbox Series X in stock. According to the website they have 3 and are the only local Walmart that has stock. I arrive 10 minutes before opening to see a short line. The doors open and there's a mad dash to electronics. Find myself first in line and excited to leave the store with a new console. Workers are fully aware of the 10 plus people waiting at their register and are seen huddled by layaway discussing something. An associate approaches telling us all they are out of stock. Naturally everyone points to the website and wants an explanation. They stick to their story of having no stock. Slowly, everyone walks away disappointed. Something isn't right. Other locations have completely ignored online preorders and sold stock as it gets in . I question a few of the employees. Eventually the head of electronics admits they have consoles in the back. So you lied to everyone? Is that how Walmart conducts business? Apparently so... Based on the different stories I heard from several associates I can only guess they're saving them for friends or themselves. Why else are you not selling an item that released 3 days ago? There's no other explanation. If you want groceries, this place is ok. If you want honesty and integrity from electronics regarding stock and selling what they have on hand, STAY AWAY. read more

We just bought two 65 inch $648 tvs in a matter of two hours. Both of them completely broken. Shattered screen. We got home at 7:00 after returning and purchasing the second one, and we don't have the patience or energy to go through this again tonight. We called the store twice trying to let them know this happened again to cover our bases in case tomorrow they try to tell us we are the ones at fault; both times it automatically hung up after 7 minutes on hold. I just left this Walmart a few minutes ago, around 0910 or 0915 this morning. I am not usually one to write reviews but today I was highly disappointed. The first thing I'm doing is sitting down to write this because I had to bring home a crying child. I went to Walmart in Spring Lake after a 12 hour work shift. I spent almost 2 hours shopping. My cart was filled to the top. My child was ready to go, and I felt like we had gotten a better choice of foods than we could get at Skibo Walmart. We head to check out and there is nothing open but the self-check out and express lane. All other lanes were closed. (Had I known this, I would not have gotten so much food. Put a sign up or something.) If you've been there, you know that they have bare minimum space for the self-checkout areas. My child talked me into making an attempt to scan all of the products in my basket. Maybe 60-75% of the way through this process, I was frustrated. We had to lay our bags and other items on the floor to continue scanning the items that needed to be scanned and bagged. I couldn't do it any longer. (Mind you, if my child wasn't there, there would be no way for me to open those cheap plastic bags. I think I was able to get one open and none after that.) I called the lady over and voiced my frustrations. Why should I spend near $500 or more, working my back side off to bag the food and other items up myself? I'd just left work. There was nowhere to put anything. I was tired. My baby just kept trying to get me to finish. The lady looking over the self-checkout was a sweetheart and offered to help. However, she has to look over multiple stations and it wouldn't be fair to her. I don't understand why they could not have had 1 assisted check-out lane available, beside the express lane (item limit). I apologized to the lady but informed her that I didn't think it was right and that I was leaving. I was so disappointed. That is not something I do. It was the best basket of food I've had in a long while. I wanted to purchase it and bring it home. My child didn't say anything, but I could tell disappointment was present. The drive home was rough, trying to explain why I did what I did. My child seemed to be mad at me and wouldn't say a word... Tears were just flowing, but nothing said. The customer service aspect of Walmart, as a whole, has diminished. Inflation is happening to us all. It would have made our day to just not have gone through that today. Too many years of being a customer to Walmart to endure what I've gone through today. So disappointed. read more

Im a disabled mother of a big disabled family of 8. WAL-MART delivery service has charged many unjust fees unexplained - I've found in my bank account WAL-MART charged me repetitive unjust fees 0.71, 0.91 cents , $ 4×$ 4 , $12×3 , $84 ×2 once $45 dollars 8xs charges or $12,$7,$1, $7 multiple times daily or day after day and some charges AND charges adding up to an extra of $300+ not for FOOD,SERIVE FEES,TAXES,NOR TIPS. WAL-MART has been doing this for months that I can track back but my bank won't return. WAL-MART's unjust charges start super small so you dont notice a thing at first then they grow monthly. The multiple charges (unjustly deductions) were "extra money" WAL-MART charges, NO explanation to WHAT they are. They were NOT FOOD NOR TIPS. They just roved a few a when I brought it up to customer service for the third time by an actual honest WAL-MART customer service agent that had no idea of this scam going on???? The second time WAL-MART got scared I contacted the head manager of all WAL-MART and immediately hung up. Strange? I've called WAL-MART out on it and asked WAL-MART what it was for....and there WAS NO EXPLANATION...NOT ONE..WHY? I've told WAL-MART customer service there wasn't any reason for the extra charges WAL-MART )...it was just taken out WAL-MART hoping I wouldn't notice. And I'm posting this because WAL-MART did it to a customer service bank representative . I'm positive its been done to millions of others. Because I've called WAL-MART out on it and asked them what it was for....and there WAS NO EXPLANATION...NOT ONE..WHY? What if what if every Wal-Mart was taking out to no ones knowledge even as little as $1-$3 per purschase. Even as low as 0.71 cents more than your original purchase. Wal-Mart stores has over 240 million customers per week. Just multiply that by $1 or $3.. in my case extra $300. Just think of extra income these super stores make billions!! read more

Have I already made it known to everybody that Walmart is my store? Well, to the people in the back, let it be known that Walmart is my go-to store, has been and will still be, till the end of time. This store is huuuuge. Let me say that again, huuuge. Ample of parking space. I like that there's security patrolling in the parking area. Not a single incidence that I came out of the store empty handed, because they have mostly everything you need, from the simplest stuff. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. I so love using the self-check out, fast and easy. I mostly come here in the evening or night time, and my trip is always in and out. I am not even sure if they get lines at the check-out lanes, as they have multiple lanes and the self-check out lanes. The staffs are nice, and hospitable. Although sometimes, it seems that they're overstaffing as I see staff just chit chatting by the photo center, or the aisle restocking supplies. For a Walmart it's okay, it can always be better though. My opinion of Walmart went down when they wouldn't allow my 20 year old husband and I (also 20) to buy shotgun rounds even though we have had a shotgun for some time now and are within our legal right to buy them. Apparently the constitution doesn't mean anything to this place of business. The staff is usually pretty nice though. read more

This Walmart is nice, clean, organized. There may be lines every once in awhile but if so, their cashiers are great at what they do. You're not in line for too long. They also have 2 self checkout sections, if you just want to keep it moving. I've been happy with their produce, always looks fresh. I came in with my Service dog on multiple occasions and all I ever see in here are pets...between dogs, ferrets, and cats even! This is NOT a pet store!!! Thankfully I don't have a life threatening disability or it's my life on the line. I had made an appointment for a booster shot at 240 and cleared my day for it. Upon arrival there was talk back and forth between staff before telling me to reschedule. It was very unprofessional for the staff to wait until I got there to tell me this. If they were not able to fulfill an appointment, a call ahead of time would have saved me the trip. Like any other Walmart. The Customer Service needs a bit of improvement. But for the most part, items are displayed well and easy to find. I think some of the cashiers could use a training on personal hygiene and grooming. Some of them look like they just rolled out of bed and decided to come to work. I moved and am now currently between this WaImart and the one on Ramsey St. Not only have I noticed that this store is cleaner, has better produce, but the employees are always so nice and available at more registers than I have ever seen opened at any Walmart. My true reason for this review is because of how honest the employees are. I went to the self check-out to buy one item and take out cash. It is out of my norm to take out cash at the self check-out so I just grabbed my receipt and walked out of the store. I didn't realize until the next day that I left my cash in the machine. Apparently, the employee working the station had quickly noticed and turned it in. I had everything going against me, because I even threw out my receipt when I got home. Today, me and my husband went on a regular shopping trip. As we were checking out, on cashier 1, man named Andres. White, balding with a ponytail gave us attitude from the beginning. My husband was just being nice and making jokes by the cashier continued to be rude. We had a squeaky toy in there that had no price. We asked if we get the price so we can buy it for our dog. The toy was 98cents. but the man stated "Nah, there's no price on it and I'd have to walk all the way over there to get it." I found this extremely rude. We were going to speak to the manager but I just decided to post this. This store isn't on my side of town, but the few times I've been here I can say it's a clean store and well stocked (for the most part). I do not eat at Subway. The one thing that bothered me was it was the only Walmart with something in stock that I needed, in Fayetteville... and they still had it in the back unstocked. So technically something can be in storage and they claim it's on a shelf when it's not. Other stores do this same thing, Target is notorious for it. read more

They are definitely not truthful about their new hours! The hours they have posted due to the corona virus says they close at 8:30 but I got there at 8:20 and they were ALREADY standing outside with an armed guard not letting anyone in regardless of how quickly they could get in to grab what they needed and get out before 8:30. Then one of the male employees at the door started very loudly YELLING at me in the parking lot saying I've had all day to get what I needed but they were acting so disgusting that I didn't even bother them to explain that I actually don't have time ALL day because I am an essential worker as well and had to work all day with two autoimmune diseases with asthma on top of that so they should be ashamed of their behavior! Shame on you Walmart for treating your customers that way!!! The customer service man that works in the layaway department is really rude, next to Gary in the paint department. Both of them either need to find another job or take classes on how to treat customers. Even on your worst day you must provide a great attitude and a smile. I'll write a good review for Walmart as I consider it to be a great convenience that we have in our modern society. Most forget how many trips you had to make all over town to find what you needed before super Walmarts came about. I do and I appreciate having one close and the money I am able to save there as opposed to going to similar stores. I feel this particular Walmart is just like most other ones out there. The big difference I would point out would be the lines. Most Walmarts I have been to have terrible checkout management, but I rarely find myself waiting at this one. I also use the auto department here and have been happy with the half dozen services I've had done here as well. I doubt the management really cares what the customers feel about shopping at Wal-Mart. Let's face some facts, we all end up there at some time. Last night at midnight i HAD to shop there as they were the only place open. Upon checking out at 12:02 a.m. I was told that they had to do a change over before they could help me. I asked if they could wait on me first and was told NO. I understand the situation. I waited about 10 minutes and the Manager actually stepped in to wait on me. He greeting to me was " I would ask you how you're doing but you obviously are having a grouchy day" I never said anything other than ask if I could get thru the register before the changeover. I did ask her " Why would you choose to insult a customer" no answer. Perhaps she should have said. I apologize but corporate policy says we must do a change out at midnight. I have been going to this Walmart location for months now ever since I moved here and never been disappointed with any of my visits. The first few times I went inside the store until I decided to take advantage of the pickup service just because it's way more convenient for me. Each employee I have dealt with was very nice and helpful. The pickup service, as I mentioned, is very convenient and the process is easy. You order everything on the app, choose your pickup time and 99% of the time your order is ready prior to your chosen pick up time. I always allow substitutes on all my items and every time they don't have what I ordered, they give me a better and more expensive product at the same price which is awesome! This feature helps you save time and even more money (especially because you only get what you ordered and I am one of those who sees something that's not on my shopping list and I get it lol) than you already save versus going to a different grocery store. In the future, I'll continue going to this Walmart location that is clean and organized (from when I went inside) and full of friendly employees. read more

My personal experience was not good.. This is in a military town, so if you don't sport the suit,you are not welcome here! You can spend spend and spend some more and you get not one hello or a smile out of any of the employees. You can be a regular coming in spending your hard earned money, upto $200 per trip and they will look over that and treat you like you are a shoplifter. I stop spending my money like this at Wal-Mart. One time I was beckoning on an employee to help me locate an item, and honestly, she she kept her nose up and marched on past me through the double doors. I was like WOW, I thought that only happens on TV or in NYC at the least! That was the point when I stop making huge investments at the one stop shop. Wal-Mart has turned into a big disappointment! Their employees apply thier "Street Smart" skills on the job, which makes this store a rough place to shop!
