After all this time it's still a one-star store. Today I went to the electronics dept to get something. I looked for it for 10 minutes but couldn't find it. It would have been behind lock and key anyway so I would need help regardless. I asked a female employee standing back there where I could find this item. "This isn't my department," she said. Then why are you back here I thought? So I went to another female employee back there and asked her. She had no idea what I was talking about so I had to pull it up on my phone and show her. She said they were out but I don't think she ever really knew what I was talking about to begin with. When I was walking away the first girl went to the second and told her she should have just told me to look for it myself. Are you kidding? Even if I had found it I would have had to interrupt your precious conversation for you to unlock the cabinet it's in. The employees at this location are incredibly racist and have been for many years and the management doesn't seem to even care. read more

Just tried to order Walmart groceries. They lie. Online list they say they have? 11 items including corn, a cucumber, strawberries, buttermilk, bread, bottled water, cokes all saying not in stock? I call BS!!! Just in the store last week. All this is there! Hour on the phone on hold, service folks rude, saying just reorder and check the square that we can substitute a different size -- maybe? But what for what? Too lazy to deliver cases of cokes or water perhaps? Fine. I curse you for the liars you are! And what about paying ANOTHER $8 DELIVERY CHARGE! This is a rip off. I sit here on my daily chemo, really needing this service. Others by the dozens just like me at the oncology center now know Walmart lies. Try Kroger or anyone else. At least they won't be rude to you when you ask them to just FILL THE ORDER AS PROMISED. I don't know what the problem was, but must of the customers are what tainted the experience. Nothing but rude people who own the place and can't even tap into a modicum of human decency. I don't know how to explain it that either there was a problem with all the customers had problems with just basic politeness. The only alternative is that I'm the problem. I'm polite, courteous, but I think the political climate has fueled some kind assault on some imaginary white guilt. I'm a man, nothing more and have been taught to treat those (all people in the universe) as you won would like to be treated. The customer service from employees has been improving, but the customers, I pray they are not representative of the whole of Walmart's societal microcosm. read more

My personal opinion: I consider Walmart an evil company that drives its suppliers to have their products made cheaper in other countries and in the long run, they are very bad for the American economy. Also, I feel Walmart stores tend to increase a customer's stress level in a variety of ways. However, if you are the people-watcher type then Walmart might be heaven to you. Therefore, I rarely enter a Walmart but sometimes I learn online of an item that has been clearanced out at 75 to 90% off and so I order it for store pickup when they will not ship it to the house at a reasonable rate. This Walmart location is the closest and most convenient for me. It also provides the worst customer experience of all the Walmarts in this area. As with most stores, it has some good, friendly, and helpful employees. It also has some of the very worst employees, bad attitudes, lazy, unintelligent, hateful, and clearly and openly racist. Today I went straight to the pickup area in the back of the store. I pressed the screen to notify employees that I was there needing assistance. After waiting about 10 minutes watching employees glance at me and continue past, I heard one employee that passed by tell another employee "I know you seen that person waiting for you in there". I couldn't make out the mumbled reply but it was almost another 10 minutes before she slowly walked in and fiddled with this and that without ever making eye contact with me before finally asking me if I needed something. I pointed to my 2 ready-for-pickup email notifications and explained to her that I was there to pickup 2 Internet orders that had arrived at the store for me. She disappears in the back and later returns telling me that only one order had arrived. I gently disagreed with her. She asks me what the item was. I told her while pointing to the email in her hand where it clearly listed the item. She went to the back again and later returned telling me the same thing. Finally she said she would get somebody else. The other person was one of their better employees and brought the item out. Then the 1st employee couldn't manage the order completion by scanning the barcode on the emails and pushing a few keys so the 2nd employee started doing that too. I decided to take a picture of the 1st employee's sour expression while watching the other employee doing her job for her. Then she went all crazy on me and wanted my phone, that I couldn't take her picture as it was illegal. When I refused to hand her my phone she tried to get the good employee to stop checking me out and then said she was going to get a manager. I've had an employee at Walmart drop my phone before after pulling it from my hand to look at an order # she wasn't supposed to even need. Did that employee look my phone over for damage or even apologize? Nope. All I got was an "oops". A lot of drama and I finally made it back out of that nut house. For the first time since visiting Walmart approximately 6 years ago - Workers were absolutely RUDE! Deli section workers appeared as if they did not care to help you. I stood at counter while 2 workers continued to work as if I was not present. When I asked for location of item a worker said "next row" knowing my item would not be located there. VERY RUDE - DELI DEPARTMENT! With so many options of Walmart stores, this will never be my choice! read more

It's a bit crowded at peak hours, more so that people are pretty disorganized the way they walk around. Lots of great products and you probably can't ask for lower prices so that was appreciated. read more

This place frustrates me, store is always unorganized and hard to find anything. Workers are rude and don't help and don't want to help. They will send you in circles. I just purchased (2) 8 piece chicken boxes from the Walmart deli and it could possibly be the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. The chicken was burnt and so dry it was almost inedible. There was barely any meat at all, we ate about 3 pieces and threw the rest in the trash. It was HORRIBLE!! read more

It baffles me how a company that makes the amount of money that WalMart does is incapable of using its registers to move the flow of customers. I have never checked out of WalMart in under 20 minutes. It's unacceptable. Plus, every time I've attempted to get an item from the deli there are always at least 4 employees who see you but continue to carry on their own conversations like your not there. 1 brought a battery for Cadillac 2002 max everlasting groupsize 79 840 cca g had 5 year warranty 3 year free replacement store clerk did not want to help me he does not carry this battery any more I ask what do I need to do he told me I need to go on line an tell walmart to order me one are have them send it to store for pick up .I'm 63 years old and I was not drawing battery bac to my truck .clerk told me to call other stores first before calling on line there is five other walmarts none had it.so I ask to talk to manager he did not want to make that call so after calling all 5 stores I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to management he the manager ask clerk what to do an he told me long story short same the I need to go on line order battery after we payed cash in store an just wanted another battery he should be the one to make all these calls .I still have my battery at home and can't find out how to use the warranty I was promised a warranty is witten all over battery .and not out of date. read more
