It just gets old: 1. In store only coupons 2. Apathetic service 3. Separate surly service 4. 1 store has some items in stock while the other does not and 1 will allow purchase via app while the other store I blame corporate. All this could ve avoided by ensuring all coupons exclusions won't The same Tide coupon appears each month but somehow this store's stand is befuddled ornery about the coupon only applies to the Tide in the picture. Y'all there are exclusion words and clearly laid out terms but I guess we are supposed to pretend not to read them nor understand those words or act very indifferent to it all. It grinds my gears to be completely honest. I'll upload a picture of this Tide $3 off coupon from Target circle offers via the app. I just do not like any rep saying "I'll give it to you." I do love a good Target. Plenty of parking in front. Wide aisles, well stocked inventory. Lots of good deals to be had. Employees working the floor are few, but the aisles are well marked. Easy to use layout. Everything was clean. I am really impressed with this store. read more

I don't really shop at Target much, but when I do I find good & useful things. I just may be in the,area and don't feel like fighting the crowds at Walmart. Some things in Target are a bit more than Walmart, but I will say yay I Love that Targets are much more upscale than their competitor. I don't have to fight the crowds nor be in line FOREVER and a day. As with every store and everything they're not perfect and everyone has a preference. As far as the atmosphere, I love Target and as for price match, I prefer Walmart. Don't get me wrong, contrary to what Walmart say or think, they Aren't always the cheapest. read more

I needed help from the photo kiosk located near the customer service desk. There were about 6 teens standing around, who were working. They were just having a good old time talking and when I asked for help, they all looked at each other, and none of them even knew how to use the scanner. One worker suggested I just go somewhere else Finally, one of the guys said he would try. He did try to enlarge my picture, which was what I wanted. After about 15 minutes of trying, I finally said thank you for trying, then left. Too many employees with nothing to do, dressed very sloppy, and not enough training. read more

Why can't we have a full blown Super Target in Bossier?!? This store is good overall. Target stocks the basics but you'll have to head to Brookshire's in Benton to get some specialty items on your list. Selection isn't as good as the one in Shreveport but still has soccer mom's so its a win. read more

I went by this store today to complete some of my Christmas Shopping, i came across this item marked with the price of $19.99. I requested assistance from the electronics department employee, and told him that i wanted to purchase that twenty dollar game. He assisted with removing the game and even offered to ring it up for me. While at the counter to pay he told me that the price was $59.99, i asked him why the price was not the same as the marked shelf. He went back to recheck the shelf and said he wasn't sure why it was marked that way, i asked to speak with a manager about the matter. He called for his store manager Jason, which took a very long time to come and assist. When he did finally arrive he said that the game must have been placed in the wrong place and their was nothing he could do about it. I asked him to show me how a customer would know it was not the product that was marked for that location, as their wasn't a name only a bar code. He said the only way he could match the price is if it was listed with the name of the product, otherwise he could help me out by taking $5.00 off the purchase. I was not very satisfied with this answer, mainly because this was not the first time i have dealt with incorrectly marked items in this store. I asked him how i could contact his supervisor or corporate, and he basically told me that he could only provide me his first name and store number. I spend a good deal of money with target, but now i am rethinking my shopping choices. I'm not sure i want to continue to do business with a company that seems to not care if it is misrepresenting it prices and expects the customers to suck it up when they are in the wrong. read more

On Monday, June 17, 2913. I went to the Bossier City Target. I was there because I needed a dual house phone.. Had called Shreveport store they had none. Contacted Bossier store, they say they had the model I wanted in stock. Got there, the mode I wanted was not in stock, so I chose another one. I proceeded to check out counter, upon being rang up. I was very embarrassed because I did not have enough money. I also did not have anymore money As I proceeded out the door, the security guard asked me, "what was wrong?" I proceeded to explain to him my situation. He asked me to give him the money I had and wait just a minute. I did and in just a few minutes returned with the phone. I want you to know that this says a lot about the type of people that work at Target and how they serve the customer. I did not get the young man;s name, but I assure you he was a blessing to ,me when it was most needed. I stay all the way on the west side of Shreveport, but you need to know that in the future, TARGET gets my bucks.. read more
