You can never get a refill by waiting or even the same day. Instead, they order the medications, which come a few days later. They are supposed to text you when ready, but often I didn't hear anything back. And it is nearly impossible to get through the automated phone system to get an actual human pharmacy worker on the phone to check on a missing prescription. They auto refill things I don't need yet: I am swimming in nitroglycerin, which I rarely use. Yet, I never got a heart medication needed to lower cholesterol & triglycerides, help prevent clotting/reduce the chance of another heart attack/more stents/bypass, even after my insurance company called them to say it was approved. They said it was backordered from the supplier--for weeks. I took it across the street to a different pharmacy and got it the next day. Another annoying thing: The phone "bot" would say i had a script that was ready to be filled, but not say what it was. If I answered yes, fill it, the AI bot would then say it was too soon, that they would need to contact my provider. This happened every time I called. I think the workers are trying their best, but the system is flawed. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

They even have beer and a small liquor section. If you need a Perscription filled, or just need some Advil on the way home, this is a very convenient option for your all of your personal needs.

Completely Incompetent Pharmacy I was on vacation in LA and needed a specially compounded prescription because, unfortunatley, I hadn't brought enough capsules from home. I called my Dr. in AZ and had a prescription sent to this Benzer location on a Monday morning. I called Benzer before 9 AM that same Monday and gave them everything they needed to send the prescription to me in NOLA, the address, room number, credit card, phone number, everything! Tuesday I followed up, reconfirmed the address...not ready. Wednesday 3:30 PM called to follow up, not ready but "they'll try" to get it out because I'm leaving Friday. I asked her to call me to confirm if they could get it out. An hour later someone called, but I didn't hear the phone. The message was "we close in 30 minutes call to confirm where you want the prescription sent." THEY ALREADY HAD THE INFORMATION FOR THREE DAYS AND I HAD CONFIRMED THE ADDRESS TWO TIMES! The end part of my trip was severaly compromised without the medication. I just wish someone had used common sense, read the infromation that I gave them and sent out the prescription before it was too late. I was disappointed and really angry that I took the time to make sure they had everything they needed right off the bat and they couldn't follow through. Luckily, I have access to much better pharmacies in AZ.

I VOW IF YOU give them a chance, let them get to know you and you them...EQUALLY, then I assure you you'll be highly satisfied as well. They are SO much better than my previous pharmacy where my meds were usually not in stock or could only be partially filled due to low inventory...and the employees there moved as if they were walking through molasses! Walmart generally has TWO people to process customers and I can be in and out in minutes without delay. Kudos to the crew for the great job they do!

They are extremely slow. I waiting for 45 minutes before it was my turn. When she told me the price, I asked if my insurance was being used. She said no that I would have to speak to the lady at the last window if I want to use my insurance. I went to the last window and had to wait for her to finish with a drive through customer. She said she doesn't see my insurance in the system and she needed my card . I was baffled by this because I gave them my card a week prior for a different prescription. So it took her a few minutes to add it to the system and she then said it would be $10 but I have to go back to the other window. When I got back down there, there were now 2 people in front of me. I waited for another 20 minutes. When I got to the window, the lady said it wasn't ready yet. I said "what do you mean no ready...you just had it"...she said that since it was changed to insurance they have to start the whole process over. I was fumed! After waiting all that time and then I would have to wait again!! I told them never mind, I'm moving it to another pharmacy and I'll never be back.
