Can't give them Zero Placed an order for delivery, when I woke up this morning the streets had not been plowed so I requested to postpone the order I was told no because they had already started picking my order. I get a message 3 hours after my delivery was supposed to be here saying they are just now starting to pick my order. My Delivery was almost 6 hours late and guess what they put everything that could be crushed at the bottom. They also sent me the wrong game platform game. Stay away from this place. read more

BEWARE OF THIS AUTO CENTER! I purchased tires and service through the Walmart website and scheduled an appointment to have my new tires installed. I had a flat tire on my truck but aired it up enough to get to the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by two store associates arguing over how to check me in and a mechanic who rudely informed me I was parked in the wrong spot. I was told it would take an hour to install my new tires and that I would be paged when the job was done. After waiting about 45 minutes, I went to check on the progress, only to be told that the mechanic claimed my truck weighed 10,000 lbs and was too heavy for their hoist. I explained that my truck weighs around 7,000 lbs and that the hoist should have no problem handling it. Despite this, they refused to install my tires. To make matters worse, they left the new tires in the back of my truck and left me to figure out how to get home with a flat tire. This was absolutely horrible customer service. On top of not providing the service I had already paid for, the mechanic clearly didn't know what he was talking about. I will never use the Shawano Walmart Auto Center again and strongly recommend finding a different shop for your vehicle needs. read more

Walmart in Shawano, WI is one of the worst Walmarts in Wisconsin. Their meat isn't any good especially their Chicken wings looks bad on the shelf and they still leave it out to be sold. They are so rude and do not care about their customers. Over priced items is rediculous. They meat needs to be inspected by the FDA, Health Dept and Osha as well. Also their Flat screen TV's can be hacked into that's why the prices are so low. I rather shop somewhere else. Oh by the way, the milk doesn't last 4 days it is no good. The eggs smell like chemicals in it. The meat period is waste. They don't do good at rinsing the corn on the cob before putting it out, I seen bugs in it several times. The lettuce is horrible. Walmart really suck!... Mostly all their other items seem to be refurbished, cheap materials or just not worth the price. So many defects it's rediculous. I am telling the truth and I experienced everything I just said. I seen it with my own eyes and i'm sure i'm not the only one. This Walmart is bogus for real. It's a shame. I can't trust this store, their food especially their meat. I rather shop elsewhere. I've been sick so many times. I'm not holding my words anymore. read more

I'm a fan of Walmart wherever they are located. We were on our way to a nearby lake to stay for a few days so we needed groceries. The first place we look for is WM. This was a very well run store and had everything we needed at very reasonable prices. We were also able to pick up some local cherries and cheese for snacks. read more

Long lines to check out Friday , March 5, 2021. Cashier has another supervisor tell her to close up the line. So she hands us the sign and we put it at the end of her checkout, we don't even work at Walmart. The 3 shoppers behind us were not happy. One shopper behind us requested to talk to a manager. These workers seemed inexperienced to deal with shoppers who had already been waiting 15 minutes to check out. Walmart wants people to use self checkout, but self checkout does not pay into payroll taxes, we prefer to checkout with a cashier. Apparently these young workers need more training in how to open more registers and properly close a line. It was not our cashiers fault, she was doing what her supervisor demanded. This store needs a better supervisor in the afternoon, who can open a checkout when the lines are long. How hard is it to open 2 more check outs to get the customers checked out? read more

I work at this place and if people knew what goes down behind the scenes they'd probably cut it some slack. Believe it or not, not ever company is out there to scam you of your money, and the comments I have to hear make me sad because the good employees try to make this place clean, fast, and friendly for you. Walmart is a busy place here in Shawano. The traffic is frustrating, but we got the best prices and I'm happy to work for them. But THE CSMs NEED TO BE NICER! read more

Inconsistent, never stocked, dirty, hit or miss finding an associate who is pleasant or helpful.

Just called this Walmart - asked to speak to someone in the meat department. Was put on hold.......after 6 minutes of waiting I hung up. I can tell they really wanted my business. read more
