I pick a certain time because of my work schedul. today I needed to leave work and take my father-in-law to a dr appt so I chose 12- 2 for a pickup. I was wondering what was happening and I checked my order and they decide they're coming between 3 and 4. We'll guess what? They can go back and put the food away and bring it back tomorow. that is not the time I chose. I had to leave. if you don't have the people to deliver your groceries, why are you advertising that we can do such a thing and have it delivered and be able to pick our time as well. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

But today I stopped in to go to the deli, the older lady working was completely rude, as well at the older lady checking me out.
