Who doesn't love free sniffs? Kyle was very proud to tell us all about the products that he makes and sells -- from his goats! Not only does Kyle have a goat farm, and his own businesses, but he told us that he's also studying entrepreneurship at a local community college. Whew! This kid is quite the guy and we were happy to support his endeavors. The shop is a really fun nod to local artisans. So many neat gifts, art, body care items, foodie favorites, and more. Fan of Schitt's Creek? He's got you covered there, too. We purchased several bars of his goat milk soap (see my photos) and a smudge stick. Wish I had bought more of each, so i'll be checking out his website. Definitely check out this unique shop in downtown Sturgeon Bay. Shop local.

FANTASTIC farm store with both local offerings and staple items that are clean…read more We stayed in Sturgeon Bay for vacation and a quick search identified Waseda Farms Market. It ended up being my first stop upon arriving to town. I was able to stock our family up on some essentials for our trip - WF Beef sticks, carrots, onion, and canned whole cranberry for our Thanksgiving Dinner, and some Wild Basin seltzers. There was so much to see and so many familiar brands. I was amazed by the selection and wished I had more time to wander and take it all in. The woman who helped me was kind and welcoming. She helped me find a few things and told me a bit about WF along the way. A must visit.

Clerks are for the most part helpful. Most are very nice. You have days that some look at you, and…read moreyou feel like you are not welcome there that day. The food is typical. If you want sugary treats, they are a plenty. I used to go out of my way to buy the chicken. I bragged to people it was the best. Now something has changed. The last two times it was sub par. Was talking to someone about it and he said the very same. We wonder if it is a new cook. I chose three stars because it is now a middle of the road service station. Never sure people will be happy you brought your business to them or if they wish you hadn't. The stores are always clean. I will give them that.

So no fudge but had picked saltwater taffy to purchase however I didn't spend enough to use a credit card ( I would have, if they sold me the fudge). Poorly attuned to customer. Thus no fudge or taffy Few people carry cash in this day and age. I doubt I will enjoy the $$95 worth of candy now that I am aware of how they treat customers.

If you're seeking to wear something that will make you stand out, i highly recommend visiting. I had so many items in my hand and it was so hard to choose. One thing I have to mention (sorry Fred & Co) I recommend leveling up your employees to engage in a higher level of customer service. It was a weekend and the store was busy but there was one young woman who was helping with shoes and never followed up to see if I needed another size. I packed up the shoes I didn't purchase while she stood and watched instead of saying, "I'll take care of this" - really? In any case, love the store....love the clothes...love the online options!
