The lines were outrageously long and slow moving. Despite having 30 checkout lanes, only 4 were open and we ended up spending more time in line than we otherwise did shopping. The store could use so,e self checkout lanes (but, of course, has none) and some general tidying up - noting was filth, but everything was a little dingy. read more

I love that they have more than 20 checkouts open unlike some stores where there's 10 checkouts and 1 is open. Everyone was moving along fast. Fruits are fresh unlike some produce stores that hardly clean out their old ones. Got everything I wanted. Plus there's a lot of restaurants nearby and shops. read more

If there was a negative star I would hit that for this particular store. They're open 24/7 yet customer service is not. The assistant manager Richard refused to assist me with my return and even went so far as to bring over the associate who told me I could be helped over and pretty much tell me he was wrong. If you're open 24/7 customer service should also be opened. Will never shop there again. read more

This place is filled with GHETTO trolls. They close the return center at 10PM because they are lazy. They claim all electronics have a 15 day return policy when the website clearly says 90 days on televisions. They will fight and act ghetto and unhelpful until you need to call the manager. Apparently they have returned my money but I don't see it yet. If it doesn't hit my account by tomorrow I'm going straight to corporate. This place needs a total recall from the corporate head quarters. The quality of service is so so so so so so low I just don't even know what to say. This review is for the Vision Center only. I called first thing this morning and the woman who answered the phone was pleasant, yet almost insistent I walk in. I had a scratched cornea so didn't want to sit around when i could just easily schedule. She obliged and I was seen roughly 15-20 minutes after the scheduled time. That was actually fine b/c Walmart seems to be like Wally World of sorts. Anyways, the doctor was very efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a generic version of the medication I needed upon request. Also, for a medical visit it was $90. I shopped around before I went to the appointment and Walmart was $15 less then Lenscrafter's and $60 less then my optometrist. The only minus was another young girl working there seemed to be attached to her phone. Customer service wasn't on her mind. I'd go back. read more

Here is the deal - it is a Walmart. If you go on a weekend, it'll be crazy. If you go on a holiday when everyone has off, it'll be crazy. If you go during a time when most other people in the world are not working, like any other walmart, it will be crazy. I am not saying this is an excuse but as consumers, I think we just have to learn to be honest about reality. Walmart is not supposed to be reminiscent of an experience in Nordstroms. Now, if you are able to go during the day and/or you can handle crazy, this Walmart is huge and has a very large selection. The organization is different from a lot of other Walmarts that I have been to, but it is clean and well stocked. Yes, there are some employees there who would probably feel more comfortable speaking to you in Spanish and I am thankful that they are there so that they may speak to a majority of the town's population. There are also employees there that you may feel more comfortable talking with and who can help you...just keep asking people you see (of whom there are plenty, another plus) for directions or help. Their online option for photos, brilliant. Their food store, large and stocked full of variety. There is a lot of parking, shared with BJ wholesale, which can also mean you might get a nice walk in. If you are going for cheap merchandise with other people who need/want cheap merchandise, this is your place. Consider the other aspects wisely- simple as that. read more

I went to this walmart since this is the nearest from where I live. I was never fan of Walmart but since working with low budget and need things right away I was suggested by a friend to go to Walmart. I saw two guys ( I believe both of them were working at customer service) were yelling at manager in front of me who was trying to help me. Never seen such situation and poor manager didn't say word like seriously is this even possible? Half the people working there don't even speak English including few floor managers. Customer service rep refused to wring me up when i went there for exchange....like I don't know who does this type of behavior... But I guess I might have to find another walmart around and if that one sucks then I'll just give up on Walmart... I like to go here for certain items because they are cheaper than the supermarket prices but it was nice when they were open 24 hrs because I could go after midnight and not stand on line forever. It's best you know where things are in the store because trying to get help from anyone is out of the question. Most of the employees don't even speak English so when you ask a question they look at you like you are an idiot. It should be required that you at least have some grasp of the English language to get the job. Tried to call customer service once to ask a question about something and it took forever for them to answer and when they did they switched me to some other dept and no one answered. Be careful what they are advertising in the store, the price tag and what they actually put on your receipt. We were there today Mar 25, around 3:30PM. Peaches #4038: advertising in the store $1.36 per pound BUT CHARGED $2.38 per pound. Bell Pepper#4065: advertising $.68 each BUT CHARGED $.78 each. We didnt go back to the store to claim for the overcharge but we called the store number 201-325-9280 which nobody answers. It says manager name, Joseph Schmidt, but no one answers not even answering machine. What you labeled the price tag on the item, it should be the same price what you charge to customers. read more

I know this particular Walmart is very popular given it's location. With that being said, you'd think they would have more staff throughout the day. hey definitely don't have enough cashiers...Ever! I wouldn't say they really lack in stock per say, but I always have a hard time finding someone, and when I do, for the most part aren't very friendly with the exception of a few. I would love to go into this store to grab something quick and leave quick, but is pretty much impossible because the lines are always crazy long. This has to be one if the worst Walmarts in the U.S.! My disabled daughter tried to get a scooter to use on our last two shopping adventures here. Of course they were gone or on low battery. For some reason the security worker uses one scooter to sit on instead of letting a disabled patron use it. My daughter asked if she could use it and on both occasions the worker said no. WTF?! Half the workers have a difficult time with the English language. This place is strictly 3rd World. I used to love walmart but I think its Target from here on out. Their system is terrible. I tried calling and customer service disconnected me 2x and didn't call back. The system online has now canceled my order 2x and didn't even notify me- I had to search when my order didn't arrive to see what was going on! Then I placed a new order and that one was cancelled, too. This has been 2 hrs wasted in shopping online at your store now. This is unacceptable. I asked for someone from customer care to call me and rectify this situation and no one did. When I finally got them on the phone by calling them, they said I needed to try to place the order again because they couldn't do anything. Everytime I go, (which I limit to maybe 2x a year,) I ask where to find something I cant find, and no one can help me, because no one speaks english. One time, I needed to have fabric cut, and they had to pull a guy from the deli on thr other side of the store to ask me the length...yesterday, I asked where the metal buttons were, and the woman had no clue what I was talking about. Walmart, if you wonder why youre closing so many stores, its because you need to hire more english speaking employees. I dont mind if some dont speak english, but when its all but 1 on the floor...another recomendation is to have employees wear some kind of uniform at all times. I want to like this place--it's huge, with a really nice grocery section. It could be some serious bargain one-stop shopping. However, it is TEEMING with obnoxious people, especially idiot parents who let their children run wild, fools who block aisles while texting on their phones and then get mad when you try to pass them on either side, unhelpful mumbling clerks, morons in the parking lot, etc. I literally cannot deal.
