Had a tire alignment, new set put on and an oil change which I was informed would take about an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and 15 minutes it was announced over the store loud speakers that my vehicle was ready. When I came to the shop, my vehicle was just being put in the air to have the old tires removed. I stood and watched through the windows as 4 workers stood around chit chatting. Finally, I asked how much longer (it had not been nearly 2 hours) and I was informed it'd be three hours and that I should have someone come get me. I proceeded to wait in the lobby and got to listen to the workers talk about how they "love pissing off customers" "love dealing with angry people" "love telling customers a manager isn't going to do anything." To my surprise this mall was super dead for that time and day. It's like nobody lives in this town. Any who, the less people, the faster the shopping experience is. This small shopping center hosts standard mall-stores (A&E, B&BW, The Children's Place, Finish Line, Game Stop, GNC, KJ, Payless, Spencer's, VS, Zales., amongst others). Mall patrons are nice, and their stores are clean and well stocked. Great place for a good walk, and for a quick in-and-out shop.

We went in person and they said it wasn't until January 30th it would go on sale. So we called on the 1st of February 2026 and they said no that it's a Kay's signature cross so you won't get the sale price. The MANAGER Sheri Ayres and her male young coworker both were there both times and both said she would get the sale price. They will do anything to get you to purchase something. So disappointed and we will never go back.

The mall has a convenient layout and it's easy to get from one store to the next. The prices depend on which store you go to. Claires is relatively cheap and Bergner's tends to be on the expensive side and has a few brand names. Overall, going here is a great way to spend a few hours and/or to buy presents for yourself or others.

Hello, Today, while…read moreat the Decorah Walmart, I witnessed an employee dumping trash into a larger bin without changing the liners (which were nasty) and taking items out of the trash to reuse (gross)! At one point, another staffer had to point out that a spray bottle this person pulled out of the trash was broken. Does cleanliness not matter? I quit using the self checks outs because they were regularly dirty, and staff pulled bags / hangers out of the trash to reuse and the frequent attitudes of staff. I will no longer patronize this store and will be talking to my husband about alternatives. Cleanliness needs to be a priority epically with the covid-19 and new fungus virus. P.S. management who won't help, short tempered stockers do not help. This Walmart is a sinking ship just like the defective products they sneak on their shelves to try and sell.

This one has an entertainment center that is larger than any other Walmart I have been in. Everything is up to date and they even have staff people who actually know what they are talking about. Now that is refreshing for a change. The only downfall is that this one has a McDonalds instead of Subway. The produce dept. which is of much interest to me is very large and well equipped as is the rest of the grocery area. If you can't find what you want then it doesn't exist. Downfall is the waiting line at the checkouts. They have 13 checkout stands which are not in operation.

The mall does not have food court but has snack area. The anchor store are old navy, TJ max, and Nike. The mall has about 50 stores. Some of the bargain stores. Overall is an average mall. Visit only take 45 minutes.
