Power went out and everyone had to leave, 3 stars. Basically, a lot of places had power outages, and red lights didnt work.

I'm not sure if this is just how Walmart is run in America but I can see the Canadian versions take a lot more pride in how everything looks. As you roll in, you see carts all over the parking lot instead of being corralled neatly. Inside the grocery area is just chaos along with their pharmacy isle. I actually came there to exchange some pants only to find out that customer service closed early because they were short staffed. Not sure how that even works. I'll always love Walmart for the deals they provide and this location is large and has lots of clearance deals. There's usually staff all around to help you find stuff but they're not super knowledgeable on where everything is. They kinda guess which is of little help. read more

This Walmart definitely earned and deserve their two star rating. At 6pm there was one cashier and about 15 people in line and the two areas of self-service both had lines of at least eight people waiting. It was absolutely ridiculous. Oh there were other employees in the building but it was like it's a written policy that "You don't open another register under any circumstances, no matter how long that line is." And Subway was not much better with evening dude not knowing how to make a well structured sandwich with a side of good customer service. Did Subway stop Sandwich 101? I guess they've gone without tips for so long. They don't know how to show good customer service. read more

The employees in the service center, just don't care to be there. Not helpful at all and no one ever answered the phone there when you called them. I will never go back there again. read more

Returned a fan I purchased online. They know the cost as it's in their system. They credited me 14$ on a 20$ fan. This is just bad business. I fail to believe they don't know what I paid in the first place. They then kept me waiting for 20 minutes to get into a cabinet to buy a phone charger. I asked 5 associates for help. For a WalMart, this one met all of my expectations. Nothing particularly special, but again... it's a WalMart.

I went here to buy a simple mobile phone, white man in electronics said there are no more, lieing to me because I'm black.

It's Walmart and this one does a fine job. Store is pretty clean and pretty well organized. Most employees here are generally friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait in a very long line to check-out, especially if I utilize the self check-out option. It is one of the better Walmart stores I have been in. No real complaints. read more

I complained about the price gouging to the pharmacist in charge, and the only thing she would say is "good for you". If I could give zero stars I would. if you order curbside pickup at this location you more than likely you will not get your items and the lady working curbside only response is you will have to call the 1800 number. I checked into my parking spot and it said someone wI'll be with you shortly.. well after 30 minutes goes by I look back at the app and it says i had picked up my order (I'm not the only person that had this type of issue) read more

If i wanted to spend an hour at walmart, I would've shopped myself. Placed a pickup order, was running late after church, got a notification my order was picked up (I hadn't even made it there yet) and when i get there, I call them to pick up my order, which took three times of calling them, only to spend an hour waiting in my parking spot for it. read more

I used to work @ this mausoleum. Most of the managers were nice. However, when my labor was not to the liking of this one ASSISTANT-manager, even though I gave my God-given best effort, "he" would condescend to me. The cashier behind the express lane where the cigarettes are kept was rude. Did not greet us and had no smile. The ham we bought had no ticket on it so she just rung up the drink and foil and asked for payment as if we didn't want the ham. My son just went to get one with a tag on it. Just about all Walmart's all over the country are the same. And since I'm a Truck Driver/ Traveler it's no different. Some associates are nice at different locations across the country, and others are just 'in their feelings' and bring their problems to work (which they shouldn't but... Whatever). Nothing to report. My mother, who is crippled and can not stand for long sat waiting for someone to assist us. We waited forever and no one came after we pushed button for assistance . We had five employees come by and not one stopped to ask us if we needed help. I usually have good service here. read more

My complaint is against the auto center. I went in today to have my car serviced and there was 2 people ahead of me. It took 2 1/2 hours to finish my car and when I asked the lady at the desk how long it would take she said about an hour or maybe an hour and a half, but not 21/2 hours. I noticed that everyone that came in after me was taken ahead of me. They finished my car as the last customer of the day. I must find a new place to take my car. read more

I have enjoyed using the online shopping app. I have found it time saving and for the most part equally balanced between the Kroger's and the Wal Mart, however; this makes my 2nd bad at experience using Wal Mart. The last 2 times it has taken them WELL over an hour to bring my cart out and they repeatedly come and ask my name. I left my ipad today in a carriage by mistake. Someone was honest enough to turn it in. My husband while I was on the phone with Walmart Employee drove to Walmart and retrieved my ipad. Thanks to hubby but hopefully yhe person that turned this in will read this and know how much I appreciate what he or she did! Thank you so so much! This wal mart is very frustrating! I wanted to purchase some material. I had to search the isles to find an employee to help me. Well that employee didn't work in the fabric dept so she couldn't help me ( even though she has worked that dept before). She call someone to page someone to come help. Needless to say that someone never showed. Well 2 more phone calls (from 2 more employees ), countless employees walking by, and 20 minutes later still no help. Left fabric to pay for the one other thing I went there for and ran into a CSM that said she would call someone. No thanks, 20 minutes was too long to wait in the first place. Customer service is non existing at this store and if you ask for help you get huffed at. I am soooo done with this store! This Walmart often is out of things I buy most often and the customer service desk is terrible. One customer service employee in particular has a very bad attitude. I over heard her once tell a coworker she can't afford to shop. Sorry for that and it may explain her attitude...but I've had hard financial times and didn't let it affect the people I worked with. I was calling in a prescription for a patient and the pharmacist was not helpful and did not want to assist me or the patient. I have not seen patients treated with such disregard. I will encourage all my patients to visit another pharmacy. this was the pharmacist on 3/9/15. read more
