I decided to give this location another chance after buying spoiled deli lunch meat there a few months ago. Unfortunately, I had another disappointing experience. Today, I drove a long distance to this store because they carry the Vital Pursuit frozen meals I wanted, and I also picked up some chicken. When I got home and started dividing the chicken into portions, I immediately realized it was completely rotten. Having this happen a second time is unacceptable. I'll be returning the chicken tomorrow, and after two experiences with spoiled meat, I won't be shopping at this location again. read more

Twice I have experienced a unfortunate event at this location first was a little over a year ago when there was a gentleman hiding behind the trashcan and watching people go to their cars if it wasn't for a middle-aged gentleman offering to walk myself and my daughter to the car I definitely felt like I was in danger. I called the store after I got to my car to try to inform them that the gentleman was sitting out and I was just passed back-and-forth between people before ultimately getting hung up on. I did try to wave down one of the employees who were putting up the carts and basically they insisted he had been there all day and that he hadn't done anything illegal yet. read more

Good Walmart location. Supercenter. Very clean, well organized, lots of variety, good prices. Lots of parking. The cashier could have been a bit more friendly, but it was ok. Jessica, the girl from the tech area was actually very nice and helpful. Even though she is not a Walmart employee (She was a contractor), she took time to answer a few questions that we had. This Walmart sucks. You might be thinking that all Walmart suck, but no you are wrong. This use to be our favorite Wally World when we were living on Kingsley but things have changed for sure. The selection is wack and I couldn't find half the things I needed compared to going to the one on Collins or 103rd. Since they have the self checkout - Those were all up and running and of course there was only 2-3 registers open. The line was backed up to the clothing section (social distancing might have to do with it) but mostly everyone in those lines had carts full of items. Calling for backup up front would have been something a well managed store might have done. At least the parking lot has shopping music, which is dumb by the way. read more

What a "Wonderful" Holiday shopping experience I had while checking off my shopping Christmas list at this Walmart location! They should hire all Sales Clerks like Gabrielle, from Kentucky. :0) She had a refreshing attitude of being personable, genuine, warm & honest. She was able to offer informative aspects of what Walmart had to offer, shared her joy at being the mom of 4 and LOVING her job--a rarity to see, let alone hear come from their personnel!! Gabrielle was a delightful experience during such a hurried, "git er done" time of the year! It was sheer joy interfacing with such a lovely staffer at Walmart! This is the best Walmart I've been too in jacksonville. Then again, maybe that's because it's technically in Orange Park. *shrug* Anyway, we were here on a Saturday afternoon and I actually managed to get my shopping done and leave the store without a headache and being completely stressed out. Yes, I actually managed to leave Walmart with a smile on my face. Strange... I know. It was easy to find parking. I was surprised to find the store not completely packed on a Saturday. Shelves were stocked with everything I needed. Plenty of self-checkout stands, so checking out was a breeze. Easy peesy! Even though this Walmart is out of the way, I think I may find myself here more often. It's worth driving a little further to do my shopping in peace rather than going just down the street and walking out pissed off and mad at the world. Nice job, Walmart! The worst customer service team I have ever met!! I had searched multiple locations for a specific item and was ecstatic to find it at this location. However, when I went up to the customer service desk to see if they would price match it, they had RUDELY refused. Was given the excuse that their specific location cannot price match anything no matter if you find the price online or on the app. I've never heard of a Walmart not price matching with other Walmarts until today. They may have cleaned up the layout of this location but now need to start cleaning out the rude employees!! read more

Grocery delivery is terrible. We ordered cooking wine and they didn't give it to us, this isn't the first time this has happened we have ordered chips,drinks,spices and most of the time we are always missing one or two items. They are in the online cart but they just didn't give us it. read more

This is the only Walmart where I don't have to wait 20 mins for help at the cutting counter. I can ring a bell if no one is in the department. They have associates working this department unlike other stores. I know one of the ladies has been working here for over 16 years so the department is always clean and help is wonderful. I always drive out of my way to come to this location. read more

She will stop the dog for a sit/stay in a rainy parking lot to chastise you for speaking to her dog while in training. Generally, I do pretty well at this Walmart. Today was a bad experience. My shopping cart was either stolen or removed. It was in the ladies department for approximately 5-10 minutes while I walked to another part of the store to get a single item. I checked customer service, and it was not there. My earlier purchases and my current purchases were gone. If it was a store person who removed the cart, please allow 15 minutes for any future cart left too long for your satisfaction. During the rushing around and shopping like a chicken with its head cut off, it was refreshing to bring my Christmas gifts to the checkout line of such a warm and witty person like Theresa. :0) My cart was filled to the top at the closing of the store. While some clerks would growl and make you feel guilty for getting into their line, Theresa stayed pleasant and provided true Customer Service during ringing up my 3 hours worth of accumulated joy for family and friends and I'm truly grateful for her Holiday Spirit and CHEER! Shopping for deals. I like the clearance sales, but I'm so tired of being harassed by Elaine one of the CSMs. She had me in tears again from today's experience. I can't wait to Amazon gets here so we can see if we can find better service. Plus the take out guy that was supposed to be helping us originally said he was going to get a pricing gun. Twenty minutes later he still had not returned. He just left us in the Isle with all of our items that were to heavy for us to move. I had to literally call the store from my cell phone to find an associate to help us. This Walmart used to be better than the sucky one they built on Collins Road. Now I'm not so sure. The other day I had a cashier charge me twice on one receipt and then they charged my wife (who was doing a separate transaction) almost $8 for three apples! We had to come back the next day for them to fix the issue. A Day later we shop again and the cashier this time kept bagging stuff, changing her mind, unbagging them, and mixing the food into other bags based on how she thought it was appropriate, not just how we put it on the conveyor belt. To each their own. She kept taking stuff out and putting it back over where the conveyor belt was and I ended up paying for items that were never bagged!! I'm too pissed to go back to the store now. I was too busy paying attention to my child to notice until after I got home even though I checked to make sure I got all my bags. Thats two different cashiers in three days. A full self service store especially if you go after 9pm they have no one working the registers self check out only , and one person trying to reset the self check out errors for everyone , If you like doing someones job yourself without getting paid this is the place for you ! From scanning you own items to bagging you can do it all yourself but be careful not to buy more than a couple of the same items or the machine will need a over ride approval & good luck getting that one human to help you . What makes the shopping experience even better at this walmart is all the shopping carts are old and wheels are bent so its like a demolition derby trying to steer them through the store sometimes its fun just to let them crash into all the cheap china products and watch as everything breaks , At least at walmart i know i do not have to worry about any employees being there to stop or help anyone since they only employee people to stock shelves read more

well it is Walmart so I'm not sure what to say about it. however this is one of the nicer Walmarts I have been to. it's pretty clean and organized and honestly the line wait is very minimal which is AMAZING! I don't feel like I need to take a few shots before I go because the crowd level is really minimal. my favorite part is I actually get a parking spot decently close to the door instead of way out by the highway! I do shop once in a while at Walmart. Yesterday I had a very bad experience from the Customer service return area. I was there somewhere fm 2-3pm. I was the only one in the waiting line then a young girl came behind me to wait and there was about 5 customer service rep & 3 reps got done with their customers however none look my way to assist, so I waited & finally the girl behind me got tired of waiting so she approached one of them & was served. I got so upset & I approached to let them know I was ahead of the girl. And the so called manager behind the rep at right end counter, they both started bickering at me stating the girl was there before & just came back.None of them where professional enough to apologist for my wait time or reassured me that someone will be with me shortly. I felt discriminated. You see I'm Asian & this where Caucasian women. I have Caucasian relatives & friends. These women were like in the hate group. Everyone in the counter left except the 2 ladies further left. Finally the rep that was at the end counter came back. I approach her again & asked for the manager. She stated that the one behind her that was also bickering at me was in fact a manager but did not act like one. I asked to speak with a manager higher than her. While I was still in line waiting for assistance for my return there was some customer that lined up behind me, so the right end rep of course came back & had to offer her assistance to me before calling them. I declined her offer & stated I prefer to wait for the other rep on the further left where I actually was finally helped. A manager finally came later about 10 mins later & I explained that I felt that none wanted to serve me. She stated she will have discussion in their meetings about what occurred. I left it at that. I report this & I am sure they have a camera on the counter maybe they can review it & see the interactions . This is not friendly atmosphere. I am shopping elsewhere. read more

I went to Walmart Blanding this morning. I did self check out. I wanted to use my Shopping Card, but it's not working; it tells me that the shopping card read error; i did it three times still showing up the card read error, so i called for help; then. the attendant on the self check out came, and i told everything what's going on; the name of the Walmart Associate was Nolande with a curly hair.She tried my shopping card for three times as well;even though, i told her it's not working then she goes "ARE YOU SURE THERE'S MONEY ON THIS CARD?" I was like shock what kind of question she just said. That is impolite questions, and it should not be an appropriate behavior to ask a question like that to a customer. Walmart you really need to train your associate how to handle GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE to people shopping especially how they communicate to the customer. You should emphasize their proper behavior towards your customers during your interview process, because if not from the customer your associate should not be there on that position. People or customers put all your associate to work at your Walmart for living. Please give full attention during training about PROFESSIONALISM in answering and communicating to the customers not only for one, but for everyone.To all Walmart associate especially to Nolande, be polite, and be professional; use proper ethics you learned from home, school, church, and during the time you were hired. read more
