09-06-26 No rating for this other than extremely DISAPPOINTING! While shopping in the bird seed, gardening Isle this morning 9:30-10AM. An employee, a young man was customer shopping. He was wearing ear buds obviously he was on his personal phone, even more obvious being I was with in hearing distance of his conversation" I am so tired of people opening these FBomb packages, I FBomb sick of this. No awareness of customers around him. Weeks prior I had gone the store to purchase a bike for my grandson, the employee who helped me was assisted by a co-worker in their conversation was 2 FBombs. I said Excuse Me, neither of the employees acknowledged their behavior.Did not purchase the bike. Where is the customer service training? Profanity and or Personal phones should not be allowed. Store manager that is another story! Does this store ever read the reviews and or wonder why ratings are so low! read more

Walmart Supercenter - the inside of the store - Department Stores Near Me - Newberry, South Carolina

Sunday at noon the parking lot was relatively empty and they actually had three cashiers working which is more than any other time however, as I walk through the parking lot into the store with my 5 year old son in tow there are no shopping carts available. We walk through the store to the other side to find no carts there. However there are greeters on their phones and two people who obviously gather carts not attempting or discussing getting any more carts and only proceed to look back at their phones when I make eye contact with them in an effort to avoid me or answering to the obvious lacks of shopping carts situation. I then had to venture way back out into the parking lot to get one. Most customers didn't bother to go back to get a cart. The restrooms have gotten worse. This store is in serious need of a management change. There have been a small handful of great cashiers but, they don't seem to stay long. No doubt poor management is partly to blame based on observing conditions of the store. Walmart Corporate please step in! #WalmartCorporate read more

This store is a joke like most Walmart's! Where the hell is the managers!!! They have one worker per section! Been waiting for check out at electronics for over 20 mins with just two items because the cashier here is helping two old grumpy ladies with these refund of photos who don't have a receipt!! Like she can't call someone to come help. Went to get some deli meat waiting for 10'mins before I walked away. I was the only damn person there. Three workers ignored me like I wasn't there. So I will be going to Publix where they have actually people working!! Not zombies!! Walmart your full of bullshit! And these asshats want $15 a hour to act like they are working! Stop hiring people who just walk around!! And why is there no heat in the store mid winter!! Did Walmart not pay its electric bill or are you that greedy!! And no buggies!!! You have to go get in at the cart parking outside because your lazy employees are getting steps in walking around doing nothing. Ghetto! Seriously read more

I went to Walmart today to pick up some batteries for my grandson's toy and also to get me a Micro SD card for my cell phone picked up the batteries waited about 20 minutes in electronics for some help to get the SD card because they had them locked up everyone come back they're going to find the key no one to find a key so I left some of the employees there at Walmart they don't seem to care what goes on if you need help or if you try to find something or whatever the case may be I don't understand why they don't have a key in the register drawer wherever they need to put it so that the associate can be able to get it whenever is needed and lock it back up instead of someone walking around with a key all day to unlock something for a buyer to buy and Newberry Walmart is beginning to suck really bad that is why when I have the time I go to the one in Ballentine because you don't have those problems they help you you get on through you get out the door and the next customer is ready to be served Newberry Walmart need to step up their game get some responsible people some people that care about what they doing and may the store prosper from there read more
