Nobody answers the phones here, I dont care what time you call. Go inside, they are ignoring the calls on purpose. No registers open, but you can check out yourself eith their constant supervision. People eating while preparing food, walking around talking, even at the registers that are open. The return line does the most business. After checking yourself out on camera with supervision, you basically get strip searched leaving to see if u stole anything. You need to check your own employees. The ones who gather outside in groups of 6 ignoring parked customers for delivery who checked in and have been waiting for 20 minutes. Buy bags to use and the idiots cant even put the groceries in it. If u choose to order online for pickup instead of going in store, even the simplest of items cant be found. For example, mangos. No way is walmart out of mangos or toothbrushes. Ive honr into store and found same items they list as not in stock. Staff are rude and act like they dont speak English. Speak Spanish, suddenly they don't speak that either. Just sad. read more

This store has the absolute most horrible customer service. Not one out of 5 employees wants to help with a single thing. Cynthia the cashier was an absolute nightmare. We saw a price on beach chair. I put the Nap in Naples, and a good place for a nap in Naples is this Walmart parking lot which feels safe, sleepy, huge, and leafy. Inside, it's a pretty useful and spacious Walmart which is pretty handy if you need typical Walmart stuffs. The parking lot is massive and although I had a little aggression problem in the parking lot, I like it and I like the location too. It actually reminds me of the one on Transit Road in Buffalo, which I think is a good thing. read more

I went into Wally World for 2 things expecting the normal 'high quality' shopping experience associated with them of course. Instead of just shopping and leaving as I wanted, I turned a corner into an aisle and observed a person relieving themselves right there on the floor. Were talkin the duke, duece, hershey squirts, droppin a log, squeezin a steamer, parkin a custard, pinchin a loaf, this person was definetely tryin to stock the lake with some brown trout. I gazed in amazement when they reached to the shelf, grabbed some TP and proceeded to use it. I guess some people like to test drive before they buy? I found the nearest service phone and called in a code Brown. After 4 hours a manager came, saw what happened and upon picking up a log they did perform the sniff test. Yup, confirmed. read more

Nightmare to get accurate delivery from this store. I will not renew Walmart+. It's not worth the hassle. No phone is ever answered. Delivery drivers are liars. Thank God for my cameras. And the drivers seem to forget they are being tracked by the customer. I never thought I would see the day when an India call center would help me more than the local store. Of course it takes a looooooong time to get an actual person , but the call center is really the only help you will get. It is actually baffling that this Walmart is able to function as a business. Nothing ever seems to be working properly, the checkout lines take about 4-5 business days. Placed food delivery order Collier Blvd, Naples, Florida store for 89 yr old Mother. Got confirmation. 24 hours later, after being on hold for 25-30 mins at a time, numerous emails, calls directly to store (on hold again for 30mins each time ) NO DELIVERY! Finally spoke with worker who stated she would escalate to GM to resolve and I'd get call back. In 48 hours NEVER heard from anyone as elderly mother who lives alone sits with no food. What started as kind gesture from daughter in Texas turned into nightmare. Bottom line, it's not whether you have problem, but how you respond. In this instance, Walmart failed miserably!! I have shopped at this Walmart since it opened. I have noticed the customer service has steadily declined. It started out as a caring store but time has changed it. It used to have adequate cashiers and good service. It switched to self service and reduced full service to 1-2 cashiers. The lines were always long as many people preferred this choice. I was extremely dissappointed to see it has been re-configured to almost entirely self check out. I quess it does not matter what the customer wants, but what big business wants. If you won't provide customer service, how about a 20% discount for us doing your job! Fortunately, there is another Walmart in North Naples that I am switching to. They still provide multible cashiers as well as self service. It is a little farther away but will be worth the drive for the service. I wo0n't be back to this store. read more

This review is for the tire/auto center. First, I do not expect much from a walmart but this place is truly horrible. The employee who appeared working the counter could care less that we were there and needing just one tire. He purposely avoided us and then went outside to check in a long line of cars. Then we attempted to find someone else working in the store. Anywhere in the store at all, to check us out. Employees were actually turning around and running away from us to avoid us. We eventually found a guy who was apparently the assistant manager who tried to check us out but forgotten the code to log into the register. The phone was also ringing off the hook during the hour we spent there. No one made any attempt to answer it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE if you need tires in this area. read more

This has got to be the largest freakin' Walmart I have ever been in! They do have a lot of stuff and even though we spent a good 45 minutes wandering around here, we barely made a visual dent in the place. I'd come back just to see if I could contribute to the internet's "People of Walmart" photo collection, Now, I'm not a huge 'fan' of Walmart because of their reputation of displacing so many of the small, mom-n-pop business. Since this place is so big and pretty much has everything here, I can see why they have so many motorized carts for the elderly. Worst customer service ever!! I wish I could leave a negative star. Employees inside the store are rude and unfriendly. The store is always out of items. The only thing they can do right is there pickup service. If you're going to buy beer make sure no one under the age of forty is with you because they will have to furnish an idea to prove they are of age or they won't sell it to you. That's right if you have your kids, grandkids or friends kids with you they will not sell you alcohol unless you can prove their age even though the alcohol is for yourself. 9885 Collier Blvd is a convenient location to our residence and they usually have what I need, though often lots of empty shelf space. I have been to many Walmarts in numerous locations around the country. I find the attitude of many of the employees at this Naples Walmart to be woefully unhelpful. I completely understand if one does not speak English natively. I have studied Spanish for many years and still have not come close to mastering it. I am extremely patient with people who struggle with English - it is their second language. I have asked multiple workers where to find something and I received a rude "WHAT!" for a response and an angry look. This is the only place I have travelled that I have encountered this. People in China were more friendly and helpful. This seems to be unique to this store but maybe it is not. Management needs to set higher expectations. read more

I could just tell by the women's uncaring attitude that when she put me on hold... she wasn't going to pick the phone back up again. I waited 7 minutes on hold and hung up. My recent trip there was horrible. I asked where I could find bicycle supplies and the employee told me, 'where the bikes are' and they just ignored me from there. I finally found where it was. Then I get outside and need something sharp to cut off those strong plastic cuff things. I ask the employee at the front door if they have some scissors I can use. All they told me was, I dont know. The Cashier told me know when I asked and they were busy so they get the pass. If I was an employee somewhere I would put much more of an effort to be more professional and courteous to a guest in my place of business. It doesnt take minutes to do. Just a few seconds of respect and kind helpfulness is all I believe most people really need. I can not think of any great times I been in Walmart but I dont need very much. read more

Ordered something online, guaranteed pickup 2 days later. Show up no record of my order, then I'm told my order was lost in the warehouse so I couldn't get it till the following Monday, so I show up on Tuesday within the pickup time frame and the Manager Oswald says "Too bad it closes at 7:30 you have to come back tomorrow" when it clearly states I have until 8 to pick up. He was rude, disrespectful, and unfriendly. So now I've waited over a week for my item that they have had the payment for for over a week, I have wasted my time 2 separate times driving to Walmart, and everything has been their fault yet I'm still the one suffering. What kind of customer service or satisfaction is that?? None. And I have to go AGAIN and waste more of my time to get an item that I should have received last Friday. read more

Store has become unbearable to shop. Merchandise on the floors, cashiers who have taken lessons on how to do less work and still get paid. They never speak, not to tell you how much you owe, say "hello" or "thank you", simply never utter a word. When on the floor they all speak to one another fluently in their chosen language. Shopping carts are left all over the parking lot and when you are leaving the store, someone wants to go through your bags to be sure you paid for everything, and they can do this without uttering a word as well. On my lunch break I ran over to this Walmart to quickly get nail polish remover. I was on the phone with my friend when I found the really expensive Gel nail polish packs on a shelf with $5 above it. I couldn't pass up that deal! So, still on the phone with my friend, I go to self check out. The nail polish rings up the usual expensive price so I call the self-check our helper over and she says she'll send someone by to look at the price. I asked her, still on the phone with my friend, if she'd like me to show her where it was. She said no. So I waited no lie, over 5 minutes for her to come back and say that it didn't say $5. Annoyed, since I was on my lunch break, I hung up the phone with my friend and said I'd show her where it was. I come around the corner and the "5" is taken off the sign!!! Just the "$" was there!!!! Never in my life have I seen such disgust from a Walmart worker or any worker for the matter. I looked at her and said "are you serious!?" Put done the other items and left. They don't deserve my money when they're going to treat me like an idiot. Now, I regret not going to the manager. I wish I would have just been late back to work and gotten justice!! I don't know her last name but her name tag identified her as Courtney. She is a tall slender blonde haired woman who definitely has her act together. i went to this walmart to get my bike replaced cuz the gears were messed up....the gears kept skipping and i actually ended up injurying myself so i went to walmart to get the bike replaced at 10pm.....i had the reciept in hand and the manager told me that i couldnt get it replaced....and she asked if i can come back later the next day...i told her i relied on my bike to get to work and she said it would be fixed in two days........good thing i had off the next four days...cuz i called back to see if it was ready in two days it wasnt....then i called back the next day....it was not ready...so went there the next day and i told them that i need the bike right there and then cuz i depended on it to get to work the next day....im waiting and waiting and waiting.....40 mins later the lady comes back and tells me that they could not find it....i said what do u mean u cant find it.....well they searched the whole store and they could not find it.....so they gave me another bike....but the seat i had with the older one that was stolen had a comfy one that i had to buy seperately and a lock i had to buy seperately.....they said they could only replace the bike.....on other occasions i had at this one.....the employees are rude.....the deli closes at 6pm or earlier. how can you lose a bike??? i didnt trust the employees so i pad locked my bike outside. also dont expect to return any electronic stuff to this walmart regardless if its broken or what not cuz they refused to take back then items or fix it. read more
