This Walmart lets their employees look at personal information on phone .. The vegetables are never fresh. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Customer service is probably one of the worst ever.. You can never get a hold of a manager complain. This Walmart needs to be destroyed from top to bottom. This Walmart is better than most of the Walmarts in Southeastern Wisconsin. I've been to many of them. Their store is very clean, and very well stocked. The employees that I interacted with were very personable, courteous, and helpful. I like that they have a Papa Murphy's pizza in their food court...it's the first I've seen inside of a Walmart. Excellent service in the tire and lube department! They were able to answer all of my questions and were extremely accommodating.

In regards to the service department, unless you're free all day, I'd recommend NOT taking your vehicle here! I dropped my daughter's car off at 9am for her 930 appointment for 4 new tires, with plans to pick it up later. When I made the appointment yesterday with Mike, he said plan on an hour and a half, which makes it around 11. Chris, who checked me in today said there was only one service guy and plan on it being done a little later, 12 or 1230 at the latest. I asked him to call me when it was done. 230 rolls around and no call, so I called and was told it wasn't done, they just started and it would be 45 min to an hour. Apparently my keys were put on the 'done' rack and no one noticed. Interesting that my appointment was the second appointment of the day (I saw the schedule book) and it's not even going to be done for 6 hours after it was dropped off. Wonder how many other people had their vehicle serviced before mine that 'dropped in' or had a later appointment? Also surprising no one noticed it parked in front of the 2nd garage door when other cars were moved in and out. Very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience being short a vehicle when people have to work AND have appointments. If you value your time, then take your vehicle somewhere that will be respectful of your time. read more

I have purchased tires from this location several times. Just recently had to purchase new tires after hitting a deer on highway. David the manager was very helpful and patient with me. They were very accommodating in documenting damage to tire for insurance purposes. I will continue to give my business to this location. read more

This store has very convenient hours (24/7), but it's an awful place to buy groceries. Many items on the shelves consistently lack a visible price. Bottled water and paper towels for example. The 'bakery' items I've tried are extremely bland and low in quality. I also notice Walmart seems to carry only a limited number of others brands that are low in price but decent quality. Combined with the building this store is in and the industrial lighting, it makes for a gloomy shopping experience. Another thing is that most of my visits required waiting in line way too long, due to not having enough checkout employees. I'd be better off driving out of my way, to a real grocery store. I just don't feel good shopping here. The few cents I can save on several items here just doesn't seem worth it! read more

I like the Walmart Supercenters for their low prices and good selections. However this review is related to their tire center. I bought my tires here on the advice of a mechanic. Called to see if I needed appointment. They said just come in because 99% of time they have the right size. Got there next day but only had 3 of the 4 tires I needed. Said get frequent delivery so call next week. I called Monday & was told they had 7 tires in stock so made an appointment for Tuesday. They called back and said computer error. Only had 3 tires. (Just as i was told the week before.) Said it would take at least a week to get 4th tire and they'd call me. They called the next week Thursday so I took car in on Friday. I think tires were a good deal from my internet search results. I paid for their rotate tires plan because I heard that extends the tire life. Brought it in for 100 mile lug nut tightening as they said i should do. Said I didn't need an appointment and it only takes 10 minutes or so. Made arrangements to meet my daughter for lunch at noon. Went to the tire department and was told they couldn't get me in for one hour since just got a semi delivery. I live too far away to go home and come back so had to wait and text my daughter that i wouldn't be done by noon. While I waited, I saw 4 employees walking around counter, not unpacking semi. They did take my car in a little over half an hour. I can only hope the rest of my visits for rotation etc. go better. If so i will update this review. As of now, service stinks but price/product is great. read more

I was checking out with my merchandise at the Mukwonago, Wisconsin store tonight, January 7, 2012, at 9:00 p.m. I know this particular store is always very difficult in terms of coupons, so before I went to the store, I looked up the Walmart corporate coupon policy on the internet on my phone. I had heard, and did see in your coupon policy that if the amount of the coupon is greater than the product I am buying, that Walmart will either give me money back, or the extra money goes towards my other purchases. I gave them a $1 coupon for 97 cent dental floss, and a $2 coupon for $1.25 Kashi bar. I was buying many other things with this order. I was in the self checkout, but the scanner was not working very well on my products, and also on my coupons. The cashier came over to help me, and saw that my coupon was $1, and the Reach floss I was buying was .97 cents. She informed me that she could not take my coupon because I was paying only .97 cents, but getting $1 back on my coupon. I told her I have the same thing with the $2 Kashi coupon. I told her that I looked up the corporate coupon policy right before I walked in the store, and that Walmart policy is to either give back the extra coupon money, or to put the extra money towards my other purchases. She then informed me that she would take the coupons, but only give me the .97 cents on my floss, and only $1.25 for my $2 Kashi coupon. I asked her if she had a copy of the coupon policy that she could look at, and I could show her. She was very rude to me, and said she would not look it up, and that what she was saying was right. I proceeded to pull up the coupon policy on the internet on my phone to show her the policy, which she refused to look at. She then called up the up front manager, Lori, who was saying the same thing, and being extremely rude. I tried politely telling them that they need to look at their coupon policy, but they were rude to me, and refused to do so. After dealing with this about 10 minutes, the manager finally gave me the $1, and $2 off, but said it was not correct, and both were extremely rude. Also, they informed me that I could only use one coupon for my 2 flosses I was buying, not 2 coupons (one for each), and the same thing for my $2 Kashi coupon -- they would only take one coupon, even though I was buying 2 bars. I have seen reviews with others having the same problem at this particular store. I had them take off one of my Kashi bars, and one of my flosses, and will get them another time in a separate order. I find this to be ridiculous. This is my first time ever complaining about a store or employee, and I feel I was mistreated by them, and do not want to go back to that store. read more
