I have been going to this Walmart for years. My experience has been good at this location. The the sore is clean, people are friendly and I can check out quickly with self checkout. I also use their app to shop for things they may not have at my location, and just pick it up when they arrive. I use the apps 'on my way' button so they can have my stuff ready for me by the time I get there; and, they are always waiting for me when I get there, so I'm in and out with my pickups. Comparing this Walmart to the ones out in California, this place is a DREAM! It's clean, well-organized, and the majority of the staff is really pleasant. My only complaint is that in order to pick up your online order, you have to sign in through the app, but the internet out in the parking lot is pretty much non-existent. read more

Ordered my first online delivery order and literally half my order was missing. I asked for a refund online and was informed I needed to call customer service. After waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, the representative was very polite and didn't seem surprised. I had already tagged the items that were missing through the Walmart + account but she wasn't able to pull that up with the order number so I had to tell her each item again. I was put on hold for about 19 minutes and referred to someone else who asked me for the order number again. I asked her if she could review the information I gave the previous person. Nope... can't pull it up. I gave her each item for the third time. She was nice but apathetic. I can't imagine what it's like to hear these complaints every day. I tried to call the store to talk to someone about the employee that prepared the order but it just rang with no response. An hour and a half of aggravation for this "convenience" of delivery. Most lousy WM I've been to. And it is only 1 mile from my house. Wish it was like Loganville. They are the least helpful group of people ever. Over and over again it's pitiful. I asked a dairy person to check the back for goat milk which wasn't stocked. They came back out to tell me they had it but it would be an hour before they could get me a carton. My shop is experience was pleasant into. We went to walk out the door. I seen the greeter checking receipts, which where is expected into he got to us in which he took he time in go through every item on the receipt. During that process I noticed three people walked past they didn't check that happened to be white. I then asked him what is he looking for in my cart because you are not stopping other people and going through everything on their receipts and you made it your business to stop us and let like 5 people go past us all the other people he just looked at the receipts and let them go is it because we black? We then started asking for the manager they came looked at our receipt and let us go. She did take him off the door for the rest of the day. Today I went to get an oil change. Not only did I not get my oil changed because they said an bolt was to tight. They also didn't put all my parts back on my car. I work there and management is terrible, there's rats everywhere (on the floor in dairy is what's pictured and there's a family of rats living in the ceiling). Management knows of the infestation and still can't get it under control. Management does NOT care for employees at all. This place is dirty and nasty, I couldn't be paid to shop here. read more

It's Walmart. 5 lanes open during the day and 1 at night. Management says they can't help you and nothing angers a worker more than expecting them to work. You can't boycott them, even if this store lost hundreds of thousands they'd just have Loganville and Snellville subsidize them and management still wouldn't care. My recent issue, Had an argument with the customer service manager because I bought the wrong size diapers and tried to trade them for the right size. Said come back tomorrow, I said I just wanted a trade, she said they weren't the same price, I said they are, I just checked, she said come back tomorrow, I asked is there any other way and she said she was the customer service manager so no. Pros It's open 24 hours. They use self check out which is great, the machines are more empathetic, compassionate, and faster than the staff anyway. read more

I use to give them a 4.5 rating but lately things are really bad. All the buggy cart returns have been moved to the end of the parking lot so there are never any buggies to use as they are all over the parking lot. The other day I was almost run over by the guy on the machine cleaning the floors as well as the people doing the sidewalk pick up orders. When I say that I mean none of them had any intention of stopping and not hitting me or anyone else. There are pallets everywhere so you can't get down aisles. Becoming very trashy. This particular Walmart hardly ever has things that you need in stock. The meat and vegetables are not the best. Every time I have been there, I have received terrible customer service from the employees and the the customers themselves are rather rude. I only, I mean only, go shopping here if I absolutely have to. I would rather spend more money on a similar item somewhere else than shop here. read more

I like shopping here because it quick i am in and out, I've been to two other Walmarts this is by far the better for me it's close to the house, it always clean and the personal is always helpful. I'm gonna start this off with saying it's a great place to shop but the accommodations a crappy loganville Walmart has an entire room dedicated to breastfeeding moms. This Walmart doesn't and when it comes to feeding there bathrooms are not a sanitary place to do so. As far as any Wal-Mart store goes, this one is average. It is kept clean, and majority of the employees are friendly and helpful. I typically have to wait for 20 minutes at the cutting table for someone to be found who can cut fabric. Management seems to care about customers. Thank goodness for the new self-check outs! There were never enough cashiers working or just never enough lanes open and this is a much better option. The money center and customer service are a different story. Why does Walmart not increase staffing on pay days? The 1st, 3rd and every Friday are horrible if you need anything from those areas and nine times out of ten you don't see s CSM or Mgr in sight.
