    Balloon kit.

One of the advantages of shopping in the suburbs is that you get to visit large well stocked stores like this Super Walmart. They are huge with lots of parking and a wide variety of items to sell. I was really intrigued by a Helium Ballon Kit that I saw for sale....The balloon kit includes 1 balloon tank, 30 helium balloons, and yards of shiny curling ribbon. So, you basically inflate all the balloons about an hour or two before the event and you don't have to run around carrying inflated balloons in your car while running errands the day of the party. Cool..... A must for an upcoming party I will be planning !! LOL..

I don't think I give Walmart enough credit. Though shopping here can be extremely overwhelming because the store is so huge and it's always crowded, I have been in love with the curbside service since last year. I purchase the same items I would purchase in store but from my phone, after I'm notified the order is ready, I let them know I'm on my way, and I'm literally in and out the curbside within five minutes. It has been such a lifesaver.

This huge Walmart Supercenter, located in the Lakewood plaza offers: * Clothing for men, women, and children * Grocery * Electronics * Pet care, baby care, toys * Housewares & furniture * Paper goods * Health & beauty and much more I came here for some groceries. The prices on the items have increased due to the inflation, but it doesn't put a dent in your budget. Definitely have to come back for some household items and cleaning supplies.

I bought online about 3 sets of rugs for the bathroom on November 10 and I never received them, I called custom service and they asked me for the order number and in the photos I took to keep there is no number so they told me they couldn't do anything!! This Whalmart website is fake, they never delivered my purchases and every week they change the delivery day.

This Walmart is horrible! I used to love shopping here until now ! They recently sold me an old PlayStation remote that does NOT work as a "new" product! It was a gift for my son ... when I gave it to him for Christmas he asked me did I know that it was used and I told him it was NEW! After he tried to use it and it didn't work I tried to return it and was told I can't return it because that's not the remote control because the charging port looked old and after speaking with the "team leader" April she said it's not returnable because the return policy is 15 days after speaking with Walmart corporate they also verified what I read which was it's a 90 day return policy for gaming accessories. The person I dealt with was very rude to me but what most offensive is that Walmart sold me a used in defective item and will not give me my money back!

Walmart is a place that is hard to judge. On the one hand they have a great selection, great prices, and are conveniently located. On the other hand, they have a reputation for below average customer service and disorganized merchandise. I am happy to say that on this visit, my experience was very pleasant and the service was great. Everything was were I expected it to be and I quickly made my way to the express register. The cashier, upon scanning my purchases, was nice enough to pull a coupon book and cut and scan coupons to lower my bill. She save me over $4 on my $20 purchase. I thanks her for it, and she said she was glad to do it. Excellent service in my book. The Amazon of retailers, here you can find anything from food, clothes, medicine, electronics, hardware, toys, pet and home goods and supplies...all at great prices. It is a deal when you want to get a few items and don't have that much time. This store offer online ordering of products, they put them in a box for you, and you just drive to pick it up. Parking can be tricky because this location is so busy, there is not much they can do about that. The plaza does offer plenty of spaces, it is just busy. Overall, based on this trip, I have to said it was a pleasant experience. Now, Service was the key, and that is a luck of the draw.

    Nice to know!

Walmart it's a necessary evil. Service its bad, place it's a mess, employees are either rude or just don't care. But I keep coming back. Although not so much lately. Their prices are cheaper than Publix, but sometimes the few bucks you save aren't worth the hassle. On this latest visit I went to buy back to school supplies. Needless to say it was a mad house. Will I be back, as much as I don't want to. More than likely I will.

This is place is dirty..... I run a business in the area and the have been days that I have made 3 stops at this store in a day. Finding correctly marked items in the correct places sometimes is impossible. WARNING: enter the bathroom at your own risk!!!! The two pictures were taken a week apart not the same day plus one of the urinals has been out of order for at least at least 2 weeks with old pieces of cardboard taped over it .... seriously????

    Still waiting...

Your best bet is to go early in the morning before the crazies come out. The staff is friendlier too and the store is just calm.

They always encouraged me to come back, and I did. Quality is OK day-of. Most of it needs to be eaten quickly. For instance their watermelon or mangoes wont be good after a week. That's fine but $5.99/small melon or $1/mango are almost as bad as publix. Not quite but almost. Where's the deals? If its expensive, Where's the high quality? I respect their game and wish them luck but sadly its a closed chapter for me. Its not that im not going to return out of spite, but I wont be returning simply because there's no point to. Theres no deals or anything amazing anymore. Best of luck

While items are neatly organized and pretty well stocked, it's more like a regular priced store or farmer's market than its original iteration of the $.99 produce spot. Staff at checkout were very polite and friendly. Parking is hit or miss on both sides of the building but can get a little messy/muddy if it rained. Maybe if I lived closer it would be in the rotation but as it stands, for the distance to size/value, it's not worth it for me.

The target market here are Caribbean people. Along with the grocery, there is a small café, and hot food deli, mostly Hispanic/Caribbean foods. This is my go to store for poultry. It's very in expensive, and I like the quality. You can find daily specials as well. There is also a meat/fish counter, where you can order what you want by the pound. Now, cleanliness... as soon as you hit the door, you are hit with a stench, but to be fair, the ventilation in this entire plaza sucks. I used to own a small thrift shop in the same plaza and could never get rid of the stench, as the same for my shop neighbors at the time. But being that this is a grocery store, makes you wonder where is the stench coming from, lol. For me, it's not that bad where I won't come here. It's a very dated building, and could use a remodel and some new tile. When it comes to service, I've only interacted with the cashiers, and depending on who you get, you may or may not to get a hello. I only found it rude when the cashier does not greet me or say anything, just scans my items and hands me the receipt, but she then says "Hola " to the customers behind me. Hmph. With all of the negatives, this is still my go to spot for poultry. Your money could go a long way here.

Subject: Recognition of Extraordinary, Above-and-Beyond Service by Pharmacist Justin Burke (Store…read more#0805 - Coconut Creek Plaza) I am writing this letter because my wife and I are quite frankly astounded. In this day and age, we have all unfortunately become accustomed to customer service that is rushed or indifferent. True, heartfelt care has become a rarity. But this past Saturday, May 23rd, your pharmacist, Justin Burke completely shattered those low expectations and did something quite extraordinary. I had just returned home from the hospital on Saturday following a stent procedure. I am supposed to be recovering, resting, and strictly limiting my movement and driving. On Saturday afternoon, I realized to my dismay that one of my crucial recovery prescriptions had accidentally been left out of my discharge paperwork. I called the hospital, and they immediately called It in. When I called the pharmacy to check on it, they said it might be a bit late in the day but would put a rush on it because they understood the importance. I thanked them but explained my dilemma: I had already made one trip out that day, I was in surgical recovery, and I wasn't supposed to be behind the wheel. I asked if there was any possible way they had delivery available. The pharmacist, Justin Burke, realized it was a bit late in the afternoon for the standard delivery window, and it might not make it to me on time. So, I said "ok, no problem, I'll go slow and get there to pick it up." Justin said "hold on a minute, I can't have you doing that. What happened next absolutely shocked us. Without a moment's hesitation, Justin said, "You know what? I get off work at 6:10. I am going to bring it to your house myself. Where do you live?" My wife and I were stunned. (I thought I would need another stent LOL) True to his word, the moment his shift ended, Justin drove to my home and personally delivered my medication so that a recovering patient wouldn't have to risk driving back out. I have always been a loyal Publix customer, but after this experience, I am no longer just a customer--I am a lifelong champion of Publix Super Markets, and most particularly, the pharmacy department at Coconut Creek Plaza. Justin Burke didn't just do his job; he exemplified the absolute highest standard of human decency and community care. He protected my health when I was vulnerable, and he did it on his own personal time. Justin represents the very best of what the Publix brand stands for.
