My spouse had placed a delivery order around 8pm, paid for express shipping and all, the order goes through and is scheduled for delivery around 10-11pm. GREAT! We come to find out around 10:50 as the store is closing that they didn't prepare the order or get a driver for it. Leaving no time to even go get our groceries. I have been a Walmart plus member for years. Walmart was constantly making errors with my orders. Walmart would try to appease me with a discount numerous times. Well they made a mistake one to many times. I called and canceled my Walmart plus and was issued a refund. I live in a rural area and need groceries. So I thought I would make an order for pickup. When I went to order my groceries for pick up I noticed they asked me to become a Walmart plus member again. I thought about it and called to speak with Walmart plus. I explained my stipulations for coming back. Which was 2 months free Walmart plus. Well the customer service representative put me on hold. She came back and told me they couldn't meet my requirements. We'll they hung up on the representative! Told me I would have to start a new account in order to get a 30 day free trial! Well when I was a Walmart plus member they would gush over how grateful they were to have me as a member. For what it's worth, this is a decent Walmart. I know I usually don't like Walmart's, but I am going to give this one the benefit of the doubt. It looks at least a tad bit newer than some of the other ones out there. I also noticed that it seemed a bit more clean than other Walmart's I have been to. The parking lot wasn't too confusing and not over parked. I don't know what was going on here that day, but I ended up being able to get here, go in the store and buy what I needed to and be on my way without much of a delay. I feel as if something was off for the day. I better not let this happen again. read more

It's a big Walmart with lots of parking the nice things there's fast food restaurants right in the plaza. It doesn't have much competition so it's your one stop shop for food and anything else you need. They keep it clean plus the parking g lot is safe. Really nice lawn and garden center. read more

Great place! Quality establishment! On the night of Armstrong's Homecoming dance we came to the store to get pictures in the front. What can we say about the Kittanning Walmart store? Well first off there is no grocery pickup. And plus it is such a backwards store where that it was originally a Walmart and they converted it into a Super Walmart which by Design it is very inefficient. My mother still makes me take her to the Freeport store which was designed to be a super Walmart from the get-go. She just cannot stand to go to the Kittanning store. read more

One star is even pushing it when it comes to the service we received. My husband and I stood there for 10 minutes. I said "excuse me" multiple times. I figured she just didnt hear me. Then my husband said it. The lady rolled her eyes at us and sneered while asking "what do you need?". When we told her we were needing a cake for 2 days later she huffed and rolled her eyes once again claiming she has too much to do. Mind you, we aren't asking for anything extravagant. Just a basic cake that said Happy Birthday. We know they just have to unthaw them. She continued to be so rude that we just left and ordered from Shop N Save. They were so much nicer there and the cake was a million times better. They have heard how rude that lady is as well. read more

Wow. That's all I have to say about this spot. Everything you need. A one stop shop. Granted, the atmosphere can be less than pleasant sometimes (mostly due to the clientele), but you get over it pretty quickly when when their Everyday Low Prices save you heard-earned dollars from your wallet. Had to pick up some prescriptions from this pharmacy. The pharmacist was very nice but the Cashier, Donna, was not. She was not only rude and cocky to me, but also was rude to the person behind me. She seemed very miserable. Not good customer service read more

I like that I can get mostly all my items, grocery or not,one stop. I do not like that they seem constantly out of stock on many things. I have looked for GV frozen carrots, mixed veggies,...bought them elsewhere. Be careful of their brand, GV, milk. I do not buy it as it seems to go bad fast. It also seems watery no matter which fat%. What I am very upset about though is spending time doing my shopping online to pickup- as the sign in front of the store says- and not being able to send the order or get a clerk on the phone that knows if they HAVE pickup or not. A couple months ago they said they did not have pickup because they did not have 'coolers' for the produce and refrig. items! Don't they sell them? read more
