This morning I arrived to find out who is the store manager has placed a "Temporarily closed" sign on the door. After that an employee named Michelle was greeted in the morning with a simple "good morning" Michelle then proceeded to say "why are you here" my friend proceeded to nicely and politely in a joking matter said " to see your beautiful face". She in return said "F**k you" & gave my friend the middle finger. After contacting corporate to see why the store was not opening at 8am which not only myself but MULTIPLE other customers have contacted corporate for the reasoning of closure. I have made MULTIPLE complaints with a wonder lady named Jessica who states I would receive a call back by a District Manager name Michelle, mind you this was 7am! It is now 11:19am & still no response. There are other witnesses who seen the whole situation this morning & seen the sign; they also have contacted corporate. Once myself and my friends and our shoppers have exited our vehicle to get more information and stand in line to get information on when they were open; they proceeded to put a sign up that said "Will open the store when it is safe". We then contacted out to corporate regarding this information and still no response. There has been over 20 shoppers if not more whom had to leave and find another location to make purchases at. This is a horrible store, what even worse is you call corporate for this matter they say 24 call back time frame. There is no need that it takes 24 hours to be contacted back. They have escalated my case to regional manager & again was quoted 24 hours. This is an absolute inconvenience for customers & also customers whom are not from this area like myself. I will be sure NOT to return to this location. If I could I would return the stuff I have already bought from this location last night.

Never have stock of what they advertise in the ads they email. No rain checks according to cashier…read more Disgruntled employees complaining about being understaffed and overworked. Stock carts of boxes blocking the aisles on a continuing basis but yet no one to unload them to stock the empty shelves. Instead of opening new stores every block, they should concentrate on staffing and stocking what they already have.
