The cost was $10, although the menu said $8 per pound. ?? My husband and I took these Lion's Mane mushrooms home. We heated the mushrooms for a lunch, and we enjoyed their freshness and flavor. We know little about mushrooms, but we feel interested in learning more about the dozens of species of mushrooms that people eat. I read on the company's website that they offer a class for people to learn about mushrooms, so maybe I should sign up for it. According to this company's social media, they sell their mushrooms not only at the Oakmont Farmers Market but also through their website, the Clarion Farmers Market, and the Pittsburgh Strip District.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, guiding us as we hadn't been before. They have cut your own trees as well as pre-cut trees to choose from if you cut your own there was a 7 foot minimum. They provide saws and twine to tie the tree to your car. The prices were unbeatable and I was honestly so surprised our 9 1/2 foot tree was just $100. It's cash only but they do have an ATM on site as well as a little store with some wreaths, garland and baked cookies. Great experience!!

They wrapped it up and another employee brought to my car it was a seamless transition. They also offer cutting down your own tree, which is not for me. I'm just a single girl looking to decorate my apartment but I'm so happy I came here and I think it'd be really great for families. Every year the Saturday before Thanksgiving she holds a craft open house that looks like something out of a Christmas movie, with a snow machine, 2 cozy fires and Christmas music to get you in the holiday spirit. You can shop, sit by a warm toasty fire, enjoy free hot chocolate , hot dogs and popcorn while listening to your favorite Christmas songs and even sit on Santa's lap. Each year, she and her husband Mike add more to the event, like this year they will have Santa's golf cart decked out for the holidays to shuttle you from the parking lot across the street to their house, as the driver of the cart last year said "this cart runs on Christmas cheer " and sings as she delivered her riders to the event. I would encourage anyone who has never been to this event start your holiday season off with a visit to Sommers Crafts N Nat......and even if you can't make the Christmas open house , keep Sommer in mind when you need an extra special gift or craft .

Will have to go through the hassle of finding a new buyer for my furniture and ordering new stuff that will fit. In times of covid this process will take months.

Honestly, this is a run of the mill, small strip plaza. It is an interesting and eclectic mix of businesses. The biggest draw for me is Big Rigs. It is a phenomenal BBQ place that anyone who loves BBQ should definitely check out. But is also has a smoke shop, laundromat and nail salon. The nail salon is on the "upscale" end and you need an appointment. Because of the variety of businesses, it is a unique mix of people that patronize it. The parking lot is fairly well maintained, but it can be tough to get a spot if it is a busy night at Big Rigs. It can be tricky to get out of if you don't time the lights right.

I am mostly interested in less common vintage guns. Each time I have found outstanding deals on vintage firearms. Most recently a Stevens Crackshot, a The American Double Action in 44 Webley (small gun, huge bore and perfect grips), a Forehand and Wadsworsth 32 S&W (perfect grips) and a Winchester 250 lever action. With all of those great oddities, I didn't break the bank. These folks do business the right way and are also very nice. They have new guns and old guns. It is very much worth your while to stop in their store if you are a collector or are interested in new guns. I have got to tell you, I left their store with a smile on my face and an armful of awesome vintage firearms that I will spend years enjoying.
